I agree. Functionally I'm sure it would be a nice option to have but aesthetically I believe it will look better without it.

This just arrived. Look at the tolerances....
The clear one on the left is the 3D print of the final blueprints of the LBC. The final will have carbon fiber plate, bezel, battery cover and inlay on the back. Notice the final is slightly smaller in every direction as well as much more rounded and refined than the prototype which is tiny for what it is to begin with. I will do as many Releaux as I can until these arrive, I will call the machine shop Monday to start production of these at that point I will ask what the lead time on the bodies will be. It's getting close now.

Those radii are difficult for me to do on my machine, but on a $50k CNC machine it's just another line of code. These will be made on the same machines that make the stumpys and another brand that rhymes with Clas.I did

Looks great Tom but sad to not see the bottle tube system on my xl. I love that system an ingenious design that no one else has done.
How many of you would commit to a Releaux dna200 converted to 133w bottomfed? Evidently wholesale is out and the best price I have found is $150 with batteries. Due to the fact that these will take a few hours each to build I would do them for $250. I'm just trying to get an idea of how many we are talking. Let's do an interest list. If you would be interested in multiples just put the number to the right of your screen name on the list. If you have found a better price by all means please forward me the info via email. The price may go down as I find faster ways to make this happen.
