I'd like to see the inside if the top cap!! It looks like there's a block between the cap and coil?

The wire capture while it looks like a pita it also looks promising (IMO) as long as you pre cut your wires to spec. It actually looks like the lip on the head of the screw is what locks in the wire ...I can't see it cutting into the wire or deforming it which might be helpful for those sensitive temp controlled builds.

Are there any other views of the deck it looks like the top of the coil is at the rim of the deck..... How are you supposed to set and tweek the coil if it's below the deck ... I dunno need to see more of it..?!

The CAM-R prototype is milled and ready to be wired. I will definitely be sending this out to be CNC'ed. 2 3/4" x 1" thick 200 watts full sized bottle, annodised, no tools needed to change the battery or fill juice. Pics very soon... Need sleep.
The prototype is 6160 aluminum, I will spec them to be built in 7075. I'm also considering stealing Mr Mundy's magnet squonk bottle concept. Check it out in the modders forum, bottom feeders thread. This guy is brilliant!

No need to steal it. If I post it I consider it public domain. I would be honored for the idea to be used in a production mod. I have found that a thin silicone disc that the ID holds tight to the tubing and the OD is equivalent to the OD of the magnets seems to work the best for sealing and simplicity. I don't have a comercial source but cut one out of a seal from an old Protank. My workload is more than I and my guys can handle so been working long days 7 days a week so haven't had time to play beyond that.
