I build my thumps with the coils out a little more towards the deck. The coil height might make a difference, too, I've always had my coils closer to the deck and it's worked well, with very little spitback. I'm running 8 wraps of 26g, 2mm, coming out to about .47 wicked with KGD, and it's a fantastic vape.

I realized at 4:45 that my second order of the cam-m multi-tools didn't come in yet. The mods are done and boxed up but I'm short 6 tool kits so in a word no. I'm going to hit Home Depot, lowes and Harbor freight to see if I can come up with something cool. I just looked back at my order of the multi-tool and its scheduled for delivery December 6th. That's not going to work! They will go out Thursday as tomorrow is a holiday.

Btw. I'm going to work on a less intricate (cheaper to have cnc'ed) Dna200 BF mod. The existing design is still coming but I think something not quite as high end would be more achievable at this point. I just don't know how you guys are getting along without a dna200 bottom feeder. I'm using my 2 95% of the time. I had to build a second one just out of fear that something could go wrong and I wouldn't have a back-up, nightmares ensued. The new layout will be very similar to the Sunbox e7 layout and probably 6061 or 7075. Shooting for $300 range with battery. And just for the record I haven't had a single issue with any of the cam-m 2.0 or 2.1 series, I have yet to have to change a board or even screen out.
