Mr. Sloth, Penguiness has some excellent advice for the Stumpy. Put the cotton to one side, leaving a gap and put the airflow holes facing the gap. I didn't think it would matter, but it really helps with flavor.

Can you post a pic of this configuration with the wick? I think I can picture it bit I need all the help I can get, lol

Glad I could help you get a better vape. Seems so simple, but it forces the air along the wick toward the coil before it can go up and out. Angling that coil so the legs are short as possible gives the air no choice but to comply. Spaced coils are even better.

It does very well in TC, too. So well, that I had to cut down on flavoring percentages for the one I use TC with.

I feel like such a choad.... I'm using the best board for TC (DNA200) with A great TC atty...(Stumpys and NarDas) In kanthal.... To make it worse I have fresh untouched spools of #28 and #26 nickel and have had them for months. Choad.... Perhaps I need to take a minute.....

How much? Chutlu contacted me 3 or 4 weeks ago to see if I wanted the v2, when I saw the BF pin I declined. You would cry if you knew what wholesale on that one was.

Not like you have had a ton of time to experiment. These latest runs have been back-to-back. I personally like twisting 2 strands of 30g nickel so it is easier to work with. Your 26 should handle about the same. There are others that really like 32g Kanthal twisted with 28g Nickel for TC. I have not experimented with that yet.

I like the sounds of the last option. I use 4/31 kanthal in most everything. I could pul a strand of kanthal out and twist in a nickel. I'll try that as soon as I finish with these 41 stumpys and prior to the 20 thumps..... This has begun to border actual work.... Maybe not, I can still do everything but take them to the post office in my pjs/chefs pants.... One day when I release my video series.......
