Hi guys, unfortunately i was waiting for something like this to happen , first the faulty switch and now this , the material used on the switch is plain sticky tape , and thats bad , it should of been in plastic , i mean solid plastic , but sticky tape , Come on janty , you can do better than this , can you??????

I hope that the garranty covers this , already sent a mail out to harry , lets wait!

Thats too bad, I have not had a problem yet with mine. I have read on the Janty forum others are having problems also with the switch, evidently Ludo will be replacing these, something about a version 2.

After sometime of use the sticky tape starts to get lefted on the edges, after putting it in your pocket and taking it out, so eventually it lifts, i didnt even know that it was sticky tape , just thought it was plastic!

Wow, glad I didn't hop on the stick craze because it's junk. Great idea, but the craftsmanship has left a lot on the table. I just vaped on one the other day and while it vaped nice the button was about to go, it leaked everywhere, and felt like a cheap pos in my hand.
I love the look of this beast and when they put out V4 it will be all mine.

My second stick is having this problem big time. I can see it lifting away now, its detaching from the stick at the top and I have to rub it back down! Its a stupid design, the switch does this after normal use of pressing it. The stick still works OK unlike the last one which had a much worse switch hehe! Can't wait for my GG and metal stick!!

it doesnt feel very strong as a device theres just to much plastic

makes you wonder if it worth the price poorly made and weak taste when vaped!

i think i will stick with my SD

I could see this from the beginning of this "plastic" stick. These are not going to hold up for the test of time.

well , we know why , its put together with sticky back plastic and paint that comes off..it's not great is it..

don't get me wrong , I like the idea and it looks great , but you can see why it's half the price...I'm not being sarcastic or anything.

I bought my stick because of the penstyle atomisers, charging and vaping passthrough feature and that I can plug it into my USB battery packs without worrying about power output! Now I wish I just paid more money and got a Screwdriver type device in the first place. I think my Janty stick is great and the supplier I got it from also but I think my stick will last not very long! Switch and poor plastic housing let it down for me!!

Ludo says they're gonna do a metal version of the Janty sick , but you can bet your donkey it'll be twice the price ...funny enough about the same price as teh udder mods.

I wish Janty would test their stuff first , look at the Kissbox and the dura..first releases where plaqued with trouble and it's the consumers who pay through the nose for it.
Janty hear all the problems folks have with the first release , fix the issues and release new and improved versions.

TEST STUFF AND RELEASE THE NEW AND IMPROVED VERSION FIRST.

I feel sorry for the guys that have bought the stick , only to see Janty are gonna release an improved version soon. But Janty thanks you for your cash and your feedback...cheaper than R&D department

edit : I've learnt one thing from Janty ...Never buy a first release..

Whoa, this is standard for many many applications. As long as the adhesion isn't broken by moisture, solvents, abusive use, or curious fingers, it will stayed adhered forever. Check out your cell phones, computer components, the trim on your vehicle, etc. etc.
The switches were advertised to be replaceable, so send it in with your order # or a copy, the date ordered, the PayPal Transaction ID if applicable, etc., and you may have a faster time to get back in business than to rant about it here. None of us can do anything about it.

have been AWESOME. I agree Ludo needs to make this right, and come up with an OVERALL solution. My mom and gf keep their sticks in safe micro fiber pouches. I could never use one, knowing that tape issue now.

Right! Warranty. Replace. I have a brand new $500 vacuum cleaner I'd like you to look at for me....switch broke. Been waiting for three weeks for the part, and I have to fix it myself. Bummer
