China Court Upholds Ruyan Patent on E-Cigs–Orders Others to Destroy Inventory

As was reported in this article, was the fact that Ruyan had done further studies conducted by Pony Testing which I had never scene.

Pony Testing identifies themselves as:
PONY TEST(Short for PONY TESTing International Group),the leading testing organization, has qualification of the CNAS and CMA, gets mutually recognized agreement including USA, UK, Germany etc. 58 countries and regions. I don't think that is official Ruyan e-liquid. Heaven's gift just sell it. They sell the DSE series also.
they call it:

DC--All I can tell you is that the bottles say "Ruyan" on them so I am assuming that it is their stuff? ---Taste is ok--but we prefer Puresmoker and TW for the Nic users--Hope that helps--Sun

Sorry but I think DC is right, that's not eliquid made and tested for Ruyan. As far as I know Ruyan only have two flavours and the highest nic content is 16mg. I've never come across genuine Ruyan eliquid in bottles.

Heaven Gifts do sell Ruyan cartridges which can be squeezed for eliquid and they work out not to bad a deal (each contains 1.5-2ml afaik) - Cartridges - Ruyandirect.com Best E-smoking Shop

Again, I can tell you from actually placing an order, we received bottles that were labeled "Ruyan"--not from what we "heard' or any type of "speculation". So I am only reporting our experience-- So as they say--please do not shoot the messenger---Sun

It's not my intention to shoot you down Sun, there's no need to take things personally, I'm telling it how I see it.

I've never seen Ruyan produce eliquid in bottles, the genuine Ruyan sites only sold cartridges the last time I looked. They had tobacco and menthol flavours only and 16mg was their highest dose.

Heaven Gifts may sell some Ruyan stuff but not all of their products are genuine Ruyan.

It says Ruyan 4# - so Ruyan 4. Wish it was the real Ruyan... but sorry Sun, it isn't (But then: as long as you enjoy it, that doesn't really matter does it )

Apparently "Ruyan" means "like smoke". The 'Ruyan' liquid is just the name of the flavour, apparently it's the same stuff as RY4 that many people seem to love so much.

I agree. Perhaps you should email any distributors you find who are labelling it as such.

Ruyan original liquid is totally different from Ry4 - I like the first very much, I don't like the last at all, lol. Lets say the Ry4 is lined with pepper... something all the way absent in the real thing.
