My order from ruyan direct has not been updated since the 20th of may. I was aondering if anyone could help me out. I was thinking it could be lost but do not know for sure. PLEASE HELP. Any info will be much appreciated. Label/Receipt Number: EE16 5753 930C N

My order from Ruyan showed like that until I had it in hand. It was updated the day I received it, but my order was unusual in that it took a month to get to me. Most people are getting their orders in 2 weeks or less. Your order is probably in country. I've noticed from others posts that orders going to customs in the middle of the night seem to clear way faster. Those that go in the middle of the day can take days to clear. If you don't have it by the 29th, then I might start to worry.

That's only two days. It takes about 2 or 3 days to get from Shanghai to US Customs. Delete the spaces from tour tracking number before you track.

Don't worry, you'll get it early next week.

Normal delivery time from China is about 8 to 10 days on the average. You're good.

For people that don't know..you can use the same tracking number on USPS for an update. Still waiting for my order from HG but its only been 5 days. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Usually EMS tracking gives you more information. I check both, EMS & USPS.

Chicago huh? All of mine go through San Francisco. I just called home, and my Trueman order was delivered this morning.

8 days total. (Normal)

I know it is hard Brenda--but that order of yours will come sooner then you think--once it clears customs it is overnighted to you--many times it is still saying it is in customs only to be delivered the next day as the scan updates are not reliable---be sure to be home to sign for it-----Sun

don't worry it will clear, mine always goes through chicogo... usally spends about 21 hours in costoms but I have it the next day after it clears...

I get 1500+ at a pop

If it gets stopped by customs it was because it was random check.

Wayne at heavens gifts, knows how to label correctlly so its goes thru smoothly...
Don't start to worry until it is in customs longer than 4 days... thats when it gets scary.
But llike bleeyekelly noted: when released from customs, it is usually at your door next day...maybe 2days if you live far from a big city.

No acceptance is like taking it to the post office,

The foreign dispatch is when it leaves china.

By your dates you should have it by wed to sat, depends on customs.
