Ok lets start with this, This is my point of view if I offend you in anyway I'm sorry.

I was just randomly browsing videos on youtube and I came across RiPTrippers page, On one of his videos he mentions that china is good for our economy. That is 100% false, Its because of china and our government spending's that we are so far in debt.

All of these made in china clones that are out, are inferior products. Yes some are really good clones. But that clone is poorly made and will give before the authentic version does. I for one am 100% against made in china. Look around 95% if not more around your house is from china.

Here's a video I highly recommend watching, its available on netflix and its called "Death by china". Our economy is being flooded with cheap knockoffs. Not just vape equipment, china joining the trades was one of the worst thing to have ever happen to our economy.

What are your views on clones? Would you buy a clone or avoid them at all cost?

Blasphemy. Fugazzi are made from the highest quality mystery metals, by highly skilled, well paid slave labor supported by a government that loves us and has done everything to ensure safety- both environmentally and through rigorous testing of their fine products. Every $1 spent on counterfeits puts $1.59 back into the US economy...

Short of iProducts, certain other electronic devices, and Cintas work shirts, which I don't pay for, not a thing in my house comes from PRC...

I don't watch RipTripper videos because I think he is a tool so I don't know when the video in question was made, but I'm pretty sure he changed his tune about Chinese clones back when the atty he was selling(AC-9) got cloned (RSST).

My last vehicle was american made & I felt good on purchasing it, but when the engine blew up with only 100k miles on it I'm totaly disgusted with american made vehicles. Did some research on the web & my problem was not unique, seems the same happened to that model & year quite often with no hep from mfg. Was really expecting that vehicle to last another 5 yrs atleast, now I can't even afford a used replacement. Should have bought a Toyota:ohmy:

Most Toyotas are made in America...
Your American-brand car was probably made offshore...

It's more complicated than that.

I'm OK buying Chinese products if they are original designs. I have no problem with Innokin's or Kanger's stuff.

I try to avoid buying Chinese knock-offs, but sometimes that's the only way to get a product. Try finding a real KFL+ right now; you can't; they're sold out everywhere. Is the Russian 91% a knock-off? Yes, but at least Kebo is honest enough to put a different finish and a different name and logo on it.

I absolutely will not buy a Chinese counterfeit; i.e. something that has the original manufacturer's name and logo on it (and may even say 'Made in USA' or 'Made in Germany') because making and selling stuff like that is trading on someone else's reputation, which is downright dishonest.

Off the top of my head, Innokin, Joyetech, and Kanger are made in China. 3rd party buyers can purchase mass quantities of those products and sell at a lower price, they have to be sold as " ***** like, *****type" because of price fixing by the original manufacturers to authorized "sellers, distributors," etc.

For anyone getting into vaping, those brands are usually the next step up from cigalikes, distributed mainly by BT, but who knows where their parts come from or where they're really manufactured?

Many people are still struggling to get their finances out of the red, so who is anybody to criticize where they buy from? If it keeps them from analogs, isn't that the whole point?

We might as well be discussing how NOT smoking is taking money from US tobacco farmers
