Wow, baked good, concerts, car crashes, healing, vape mail, fur baby nursing care, vintage cars....I'm way behind! :D

Hope everyone is having a wonderful day/afternoon/night. Hope you are healing well Kiwi, Rave and Sandy.

So far so good here, I wrapped the ace bandage a different way using one of Mac's front legs as an anchor to keep it from sliding back off his wound. If it works, don't mess with it, right? I will run up to the pet store and see if they have a soft cone, I can tell I'm going to need it. I think Mac believes he is half cat the way he climbs up to sit in the sunny spots and has no fear of jumping off. When I first got him, he jumped through the railing of the upstairs landing onto the living room floor. He looked kind of shocked not to be upstairs anymore and then took off running. Thanks for all the tips everyone!

My first car was a 64 Mercury, HUGE car! It had no power steering or power brakes. First time I jumped in to drive it away, I got to the corner and could not turn!! LOL! Even after I got used to it, I had a tough time turning the wheel if I had to brake at the same time. It was a total gas hog, but amazingly I remember putting in a buck or two worth of gas and cruising around with a car full of friends all day. Only about a hundred years ago or so...... It looked like this:

Thanks for your response Cindy. After reading my original post, it did sound confusing. It was late...

Actually what I'm asking is can I charge the twist on SI's power bank. It's the 10,000 mAh pack which can charge different types of electronics, i.e., Volts, X2's, cell phones etc.

This is the pack I'm talking about:

Smokeless Image | The Best Electronic Cigarette

My question(s) should have been... can I charge the twist using it's USB charger by plugging it directly into the USB port on the pack. It has two USB ports. One is labeled 5V/2.1A and the other is labeled 5V/1.0A. Don't know which to use.

Also, I received a USB wall charger but it is 300 mAh output. Would that be enough power to charge it? I'm sooo confused... Hope I don't sound more confusing. Thanks for any help.
haha, that's why I tried to answer it both ways.
As long as you're using the right USB charger (dongle), I'm guessing you can (either one). I would check with the vendor though, if you're worried about the warranty. The wall charger they sent you sounds a little wimpy - it would probably work, but might take longer than usual. If you use it, monitor it to make sure it doesn't overheat.

USBs are pretty standard/universal - you just have to make sure the amps on the wall adapter/power pack (1.0-2.1A) are higher than the amps on the charger (420mA).

I am jealous. We had a Ford Falcon station wagon.
We had one of those too! 1969 Avocado green!
That was our road trip car, and I was always the one stuck riding in the back (where the cargo goes). This goes waaay back before seatbelt laws and stuff. Boy was I happy when they traded it in for a wagon with actual seats back there!

Thanks Cindy! What I ended up doing was contacting SI directly. Jason was great! Very helpful, even answering my "twist" questions. I got the power pack to use if there was a power outage.. but I never took it out of the package, never tested it. Didn't want the 3 month warranty period to expire before knowing if it worked properly. It works perfectly!

UPDATE: I charged an X2 on it. It charged faster than using the wall outlet!

I had a Ford Falcon, avocado green, too, back about then. It wasn't a station wagon, though. It was my first car, and I loved it.

Good Evening Volties on this side of Earth, and Good Morning to those in OZ and New Zealand. Haven't seen Debra on yet, perhaps she is not up yet.
I just cleaned a batch of SI cartos this afternoon, which is their fourth cleaning since October and they are still going strong. No word from Wizard Labs on when my DYI flavors will be shipped. I just hope I can make some tasty juice, otherwise it will be a waste of money, time, and good e-liquid.
From the nature of our morning discussion of cars and rock and roll I gather most of us are children of the 50s and 60s except for maybe KIWIVAP who did not recognize an old American Merc and that would be understandable since I believe she is in New Zealand.

I wonder where our friend is View attachment 157572

ooops I shouldn't be doing this ive just woke up....so sorry

Doing What?

Our coffee is quite stale by this time, and my pot is cleaned up already. We will be having dinner soon on this side of the Earth.

Our discussions while you got your beauty sleep were on cars and rock and roll, favorite songs and artists. I saw where you are or were a mature hippy? Sorry to say I never was and kind of regret it.....have had a blessed, conservative life, boring but satisfying.

Hope your day is cooler in Oz.

Yes, White Rabbit, we are all getting old. However, you had a much nicer way of saying it.
