Oh, we will. Getting ready to head out the door right now (it is Sunday).

I already have swept the back porch, cleaned the grill, setup the tables, trimmed the bushes (my wifes idea), gotten the movies ready and setup the bug repellers since this will go into the evening... All I have to do this afternoon is wait for the company. Made sense to get all the prep work done while it was cool outside... LOL See ya later this afternoon when we get back...

Good Sunday morning, Volties. I almost caught up here yesterday and gotcha this morning.

I seem to be spending a great deal of my time lately feeding ducks, we have so many "dropping by" for a snack. They can be a little mean to each other so have started coming in groups all throughout the morning and evening. I get a respite in the early afternoon. This is year four for Gramps and Mrs. Gramps - I've asked him not to tell anyone else. TMI about my ducks? We have some lovely Quail passing through, too.

Anyway, all is well in my little corner of the world although our 100 degree weather has dropped to the 80s for this weekend. It is probably our last chance to enjoy perfect weather for the next few months. I hope everyone has a wonderful Memorial Day weekend!

My sixth month anniversary of being "smokeless" got by me. I am halfway to being a vet...went by fast.

Good morning Lilac, Kia and Rave. Yep, I know there are lots of Volties that have a soft spot for critters - wish I had a camera to take pics like the rest of you do. Oh my, that might be overload. lol It's one of the great benefits since I retired that I get to appreciate them more. Would you believe me if I said I "trained" the ducks to not mess on the patio? They're smarter than I first gave them credit for. Meaner than I thought, too.

Congrats Lilac on over 6 months!!! I tracked every day until I became a vet and now I just do months. Can't wait until I can do years!

Indeed! I know I feel so much better and I'm really happy 2 of my friends are also successful with vaping. My husband is still a holdout though.

Same here, Marlou. Just in case there's a dearth of 555 in the foreseeable future, I ordered another 30 ml...and while I was already there and there is a sale going on, I ordered some Country.

You have avoided many, many cigs in the last year and I commend you for that. One a day is certainly a lot better than what you were smoking before you started vaping. I am proud of everyone of us.

I wouldn't consider one a day as being bad. My problem is it wouldn't stay at one for long and I'd be back up to two packs a day in less than a month. One a day probably makes you cough once or twice and helps clear you lungs. Yeah right Chuck, try to justify having one lol.

Well, I stopped in to do a quick "drive-by" before I have to leave for the day . . . Can't stay long got to get ready to run my "Bereavement Support Group" this afternoon . . . But it is nice to see people here and that it seems everyone is doing well, especially to read that Rave is on her way getting use to the new meds . . . Hopefully, I will be back later to see that you all got carried away and had a huge party . . .
