I have a video on how to refill it. At the end, I briefly go through cleaning it. I am trying to wait for a smokeless image version to make a video just on the ce3 so that I can use the si one in the video

My DD is wanting to go 0nic. If she's going to go 0nic and I don't have to mess around with nic for her juices, wouldn't it be just as easy to make it ourselves? then she could mix and match flavors to her liking,,,,,

I know we'd need PG and VG to make a 70/30 mix, which she likes,,,,,,,,but food grade?? Other grade?? And what about the actual flavors? What kind am I looking for??? Any thoughts??

@ "CommHolly" - Same as usual, every 5 weeks or so I "HAVE" to go North . . . I fly to Philly PA - then right over to New Hope PA for a couple of days - NYC for the weekend (4 Days actually) - then back to New Hope (2 days) - then into Philly to come back home to FL . . . Sounds exciting - RIGHT ? ? ? Well it is - I get to see many of "My" Friends/Extended Family and sometimes "Biological Family" too . . . The only problem I have is the cost (Thankfully a Friend buys "My" plane tickets) and very limited Internet access most of the time I am there (Except IN NYC) since I am not connected via "My" smartphone (which is very old) and/or Xoom Tablet unless I tap into an open source . . . Then when I am, watch out for all the "double post" that might show up here - it's just what happens sometimes for "Me" when I use a tablet on ECF . . .

You need food grade pg and USP vg. Their are several places to get flavorings online. It takes a lot of trial and error to get the flavoring down. I'd say maybe 20% of your attempts will work out if you are lucky. You need to take very good notes so that when you do get it right, you know what you put in there. The most important thing is a good ejuice calculator. Also, just about every juice you make will require steeping too. I would say its worth a shot, but it can be very frustrsting, make sure she has premade juice until she mixes something she likes. The cheapest place to get your supplies is wizard labs. They are located down here in south Florida. You can get 250ml or pg or vg for $5.50 and the concentrated flavorings are $1.60. You will also need some bottles, syringes and needles at a minimum. The best place to start is with mixing single flavors.

Which ones did you get? Some of them need to steep because they make them fresh when you order

American Standard - Should have been called Caramel
American Menthol - Should have been Caramel with a whiff of mint
Irish Coffee - Might be an occasionally good vape with a cup of joe
Chocolate Cheesecake - Wasn't impressed
Bavarian Creme - Very forgettable vape.


Now, to be fair, I haven't reached the point where supposedly almost everyone starts wanting sweets or flavors for juice other than tobacco. I am pleased as punch right now with Cowboy, 555 and Desert Joe. I was hoping that the American Standard would be a great tobacco. Also, to be fair again, I ordered before I read the reviews and there were LOTS of comments about the caramel taste. Oops.

Mroutlaw, how long shoul these phoenix cartos last. I just ordered 10 . Got them Wed. evening & love the way they work. The problem is that 6 of them have burned out already. I have clearo's that are 6 months & still going strong. Mine are the 2.6-2.8 ohm & using them on the X2 batts.

I had the same mind-set. I wanted to try out new juices, but it gets expensive, and you wind up with a bunch you really don't want to vape. I proposed trading, but got very little response, which surprised me. Of course, the only place I posted proposed trades was on SI's trade site, since I felt we all "know" each other, and I'd be less likely to be cheated, i.e., send someone a bottle of juice and not get one in return. I thought that way, I could try more flavors and brands with less waste. Why don't others think the same? Any ideas?

I think I did the same thing I put up the first two bottles I got asking for trade and no response. Maybe others had already walked in my footsteps. If even one would have been tasty, I would have considered it money well spent.

To be clear, I'm not bashing vapedudes - product arrived quickly and all - the flavors were just not my cup of tea so far.

What do you mean "burned them out". I have used every one I opened for a month. Are the coils not working, or does it taste burnt? Did you vape them dry or dry burn them. what type of juice are you using

thanks, Outlaw!!!!! I'll think about it,,,,,,,it might be worth buying a few ingredients and seeing what happens,,,,,if nothing else, we'll know we are not made for it and continue to keep Vape Dudes in business

MrOutlaw - I have just discovered the joy of SI's clearomizers and now you got me pumped about the C3s - and Thank you for your very helpful vids.

Never a dry burn of any kind. The coils burned outwhile vaping. They give a very acidic taste when they burn. The carts had all been used & the wicks were wet.I use mostly the light colored juice nearly all fro BWB 70/30 pg/vg mix. The coils are burned out they will not heat & there is no reading with an ohm meter.

That is weird about then burning out that quick.

As far as them answering, all I can say is we are spoiled by the cs at smokeless image. It usually takes them 2 days or more to answer. That's one of the reasons I love SI and can't wait for them to have the ce3.

All I can tell you is my personal experience. So far I've only had to toss one and that was because I cracked it. The other four that I have in my rotation are about a month old. 1 of them gets refilled twice a day and one gets refilled once a day. The other 2 only get refilled about once every 3 days. None of them have burnt out or have bad vape.

I never dry burn and only clean if I change Flavors, which isn't often.

Good late morning all - Hey Uncle have a great trip !!
Konst i was never a big fruit flavoured fan, only a select few but they are growing on me. I am very much enjoying the candy flavours. Its also nice how they come out less colourful than bought ones. I watched that vid you posted a while back, it was around an hour long. It was so informative and the results were astounding.
Outlaw your vid on the CE3 was awesome!! Now if you would all stop teasing me with them (holly) ROTFL. . I cant wait till SI releases them.
