Good luck SandySu! I hope your appt goes well! I love daises! I always smile when I see them.
The 50/50 stuff gets me confused! I see kits that sell 50/50 PG/VG and I can't seem to wrap my mind around it. I thought it would be simpler to buy 100% of both PG and VG then start mixing those. Ugh! I never realized I would have to drag my calculator out to vape! But, I'm a Julia Child fan and she spent hours and hours in the kitchen perfecting just one recipe, so if she can do it, so can I!
I'm expecting an update when you get back from the physical therapistHope you get some info that will help.

You know, even though you don't want to go through physical therapy twice, as it were, I think it is a great plan you have and that gathering more info and seeing how much progress you make would be a sound plan. Physical therapy for your back is a good idea.
On a lighter note, I made 5 doz chocolate chip cookies. They didn't look "thick" enough so I thought I must have forgotten the last half cup of flour. I added more flour and forged ahead. Now I have 5 doz flat greasy cookies. I must have really messed up on measuring the flour.
At least the bread looks good so far.
I don't really know much about it, but it sounds to me as if the 50/50 mixture just saves you having to mix VG & PG 50/50, if that's the ratio you like. It sounds like a convenience to not have to mix it -- just add nic at the level you want and flavor at the level you want, and you're good to go.
The easy way to get started is with Wizard Labs in whatever ratio you choose. Most cartos from SI and other are more PG than VG that is why I choose 50% PG and 50% VG it seems to be a good compromise on flavor and vapor. You can buy it premixed with the nicotine level you choose, or (not recommended at first) buy your nicotine separate and mix it up yourself. You have seen me post that I buy mine 100% vg at double the nic, then mix in an equal amount of WallyMart PG to get my 50%/50% ratio of my proper nic level.
If you are just starting to experiment I suggest you order 120 ML of pre mixed at 50/50 PG/VG at whatever nic level you like. Consider this a plain base, no flavorings. Then choose some basic flavorings like strawberry, grape, root beer, watermellon, Blueberry, Cherry, Orange Cream, Apple, Dragon Fruit, Peach, Plum, Violet Candy, etc. These are basic vaping flavors. I started with flavors that are actually additives like Milk Chocolate, Caramel, Sweet Cream and Bavarian Cream. These alone do not vape well, but added to tobacco base, or waffle base, or cupcake base provide additional flavoring to the mix. Since the flavors from Wizard Labs are $1.49 each, you can experiment rather cheaply, but you will also need bottles, syringes or pipettes to measure properly. I hope you have better results than I have so far.
PS: Some of the flavorings are concentrated, some are not. Most are very strong, so if you are mixing say 3 or 5 ML batches to test, do not add too much flavoring at once, no more than 5% to start. You can always add more drops of flavor.

Ditto! (The deer seemed to smile when eating them too!)Good luck SandySu! I hope your appt goes well! I love daises! I always smile when I see them.
Sandy, I think all surgeons think surgery is no big deal, after all it's not them getting sliced and diced! it never hurts them and they don't have to do rehab or PT and get paid to boot! Get that second opinion before any more slicing and dicing no matter how good the original surgeon may be.
I hurt my back about 35 years ago and still make regular visits to the chiropractor just to make sure everything stays put the way it's supposed to be. All I did was turn to put something down as I walked by a counter and sneezed. I went to the floor and had to crawl to the phone, very carefully, to get help (long before cell phones).
That is so cool, KitKat.
The cookies were so bad that I choked down 5 of then with milk and decided to chuck the rest.
