This is your week to whine. Mine was last week, when the surgeon suggested another operation. Since I got that news, I've calmed down some. I'll keep on doing the physical therapy, discuss it with my physical therapist when she has all the info, and till then, there's not much I can do about it but do my exercises every day. I am getting better all the time, so it does look hopeful. You are allowed to whine, and I know just how you feel when you expected better news than you got. You go to the doctor all hopeful and proud of yourself and come out deflated. That's how I felt after my appointment with the surgeon, anyway. I bet you feel similar, all proud of how far you've come with vaping, then to be told it's business as usual. Just remember that getting upset about it isn't helping your blood pressure, and there's nothing you can do but go on as you have been and hope it'll be a better checkup next time. I think with some of the blood pressure meds, it's dangerous to take someone off cold turkey, so maybe that's why you still have to take them but at a reduced dose. Maybe Raynes knows if that's so. She knows a lot about meds.
