Sandy, All of these tunes certainly "date us" don't they. The instrumentals from Herb Alpert, and Mason Williams were played until the vinyl wore out, and those who read this and wonder what in the heck is vinyl, might remember the 8 track :p

What really dates me was that I couldn't think of the title of "Taste of Honey" for the longest time. The tune was running through my head, and the name was on the tip of my tongue, but I couldn't look it up on YouTube till I got the name. YouTube really needs a function where you can hum a few bars and it'll supply the song! Finally, I gave up and went and worked on a crossword puzzle, and then the name came to me. That so often happens. If you can't think of a name, stop straining for it, and then it pops into your head. This not being able to think of a name gets worse the older I get. So that's what really dates me.

Uncle, I hope you're still around long enough to explain. I know what karma is, but what about the "B"?

Well - "B" is a nicer way to say - Female dog . . .;)

EDIT: I had to come back to add that it is also what some people call "Me" if they get on "My" wrong side . . .

And between vinyl and 8 track the short lived cumberson 4 track. Prolly still got a few 78s around. I feel so old. So old.

Yes, karma will bite those thieves in the behind. I really am just glad the dog wasn't harmed. Poor Tail.

Well, got my cleaning job done, went by the grocery store, picked up another bale of alfalfa on the way home and three more buckets of rocks plus some bonus bigger rocks. Sadly, I still have 30 or 50 more buckets to go.

Sorry guys, no time or energy to listen to the music fest today. Might come back to give a listen later.

Have a great night, Volties.

Good night, Lizzie. I thought of you today. I was taking a walk around my neighborhood and saw someone had put rocks in a mound all around a sapling in their front yard. Why? It didn't look very good like yours do. There seemed to be no point to it. So I thought of you and your photo of the rocks and where you put them and compared it to my neighbor's yard, which fell way short.
