B...Cleo....I was doing some organizing Tuesday...got out the old 510s to use them and re-charge them and put them away again....Same thing here ! Had really forgotten how good they are ! Such a nice vape !!! With all the mods I have...they were just so light and comfortable !! Actually thinking about getting more batteries...I don't think I really mind the short life....

Is it weird that I realted to both quittin's post about the NRA and Libra's post about the meditation? I love shooting, and I wish we had a buddhist temple for me to go meditate in here. Maybe I am bi-polar...

My ideal place? A zen garden (rocks, gravel, etc) with a set of Able or Dog targets out 500yards or more. I could sit in the garden, get my "ooohhmm" on, practice my breathing/relaxation technique, correct sight picture and alignment, squeeze trigger, rinse, repeat. :)

Okay- who has heard of the HCG diet and what do you know?

My FIL called me, he wants me to look into it, he has diabeites, high blood pressure and ...... I think thats it. so I dont know if he can do it or not. BUT, I was looking at it and hubby called, told him what I was doing and he said "buy it for me' he is in PERFECT health. Like will make you sick to even think about the fact that he doesnt even get a headache. (cause he is only in this house for about 7 hours a day, I bet) .... but he is a bit overweight.

anyway, just wanted to know if y'all knew of anyone that had used it. the guy that FIL saw lost a lot of weight-

Hadn't heard anything on it, but I'll read up on it. The reality for weight loss is, lower food intake or correctly intake the right foods (don't read too much into that you jokesters) and exercise. Each person is different of course, but it's a simple mathematical solution really. Body burns calories/energy, body takes in energy. If intake > output, weight will increase. For the most part, the body will regulate itself, when it's thrown out of whack or the metabolism isn't maintained that's when health things start to pop up.

Prism, I was turning (by myself!) my king size mattress around cause we've had it long enough now that top part is getting a bit sunk in and the bottom is still nice and firm. I saw them while doing this. :) (my back hurts!)

Flip that thing regularly! (this you can read into, you jokesters)

Can't really flip it, has to be turned....foot end moved to head end...cause the underside of it is not like the top side of it...I was really ticked off about that too.

And Clay, PM your address to me so I can get this battery back to you darlin'. I delete stuff. =\

see, he lost like 65 pounds last year- in just a few months- I just started counting his calories. THEN we hit a plateau- just the normal ones you hit- well it lasted for about 3 months- always within a 3-5 lb range for 3 months. he got frusterated. I got REALLY frusterated, cause I HATE diet food, and have to cook 6 meals a day- 3 for him (plus snacks) and 3 for the kids, -

anyway- we lowered his calories from 1600 to 1200. and he started gaining weight. so I lowerd to 1000. he gained MORe weight. and was starving. LOL

he is not quite as big as he was- and we switched over to the south beach diet. But we are simple country folks. I dont even know what mia mia is, or mika mika or whatever.. and salmon, and quiche, and all that is way out of my 'care to learn to cook' repritore.

He is on about 1300 calories a day, and is not loosing weight. plus he is getting SO tired of it. He hates it. and is starting to eat food he shouldnt. because he is tired of broiled chicken and baked fish. and I have lost so dadgum much weight I can fit into my 12 year olds overalls. and wear their jeans as capri's. LOL

and he works about 16-17 hours a day- there is not alot of time for energy output. He used to work out all the time- but that was with a differnt job, and even when he could bench 350 he was what some considered overweight.
