this and popcorn are the reasons I could never give up carbs.. well, that and mashed potatoes and bread, and pasta.. if there were a high carb diet, I would be a size 0!

I have definitely found that I have trigger foods.. the worst being coffee (still hard to drink coffee without a stinking cigarette in my hand) and italian food.. best cigarette was always after some pasta for some reason. I find it's best for me to use a stronger nic/flavor juice for after these things (or with, for coffee)

You will get the hang of it! Every day will become a little easier, and you will find more and more juices you love.. you can do it!

Well I bought smokes today and have had a couple. I went 40 or so hours without them and was surprised that I wasn't freaking out. I don't look at it as a defeat, I am tapering off them and will quit when I'm ready.

My triggers are when I get up, after eating, talking on the phone, driving, and before bed. Being at the computer also, but with my PT it's not a big deal.

Concerning triggers, I'm only coming up on a month, but for me a fairly high strength and taste nic for those times was good. A 24 mg Kamel on wake up gets me going. Taste is actually important then -- Kamel has a bit of a Turkish flavor kick to it.

(I gotta get some TV menthol -- the stuff Sallana sent me is great, TV is supposed to be similar taste.)

I really need to find a tobacco flavor I like, because I did miss it.

I have a very simple diet: If I'm hungry I eat. If I'm not hungry, I don't.

No worries, you will get there.. do it how it works best for you, without setting yourself up for failure! I am rooting for you! (or is it routing? hmmph whichever!)

On a side note.. I couldn't find it on the forum anywhere easily..

Does anyone know, when ordering from TV, do they usually provide a tracking number? I am oh so flippin impatient and I'd like to see where it is along the way, but my emails don't give a tracking number, and neither does any detailed account info on their website.

I've found the V4L Kamel has a good kick, while for just a pleasant taste I like TV's Tobacco. I just got a PIF of 30 ml of American Eliquid tobacco, and it's really nice to alternate the AE with the TV.

In other news: I took Livi out to lunch today and there was a special needs boy that was just madly in love with her where we went...he was singing "Little Bunny Foo Foo" to her and she just smiled and giggled at him...he was glowing with happiness. Touched my heart.
