lol - I have consumed some mighty wild stuff in my travels around the world.. squirrel isnt one of them... yet! ;)
Trying to think of the "weirdest" thing that I have eaten, but the thing is, once you have eaten many of them - they dont quite seem weird anymore.
If I haven't wrapped it in bacon and put it in the slow smoker.....

I couldnt live without them. :)

Ask DebianDog about it....

As the story goes, his wife (a vegetarian and a veterinarian), came home one day and said "What are you cooking? That smells great!". DebianDog replied (in his usual tone, some perceive it as sarcastic), "Bacon wrapped squirrel". SWMBO, obviously not phased by it, "Riiighht....". She came by and took a look at it later and was like "WTF!@". Debian's response? "mmMMmm, so tasty...."

usually I reserve my bacon for my veggies. -- like green beans, jalapenos', and the occasional chickenbreast. But mostly its for the veggies I cant or dont fry.

But, there is nothing that is not made better with out it. I might use it the next time i fry up some squirrel :)

Speaking of overpasses - the off ramps in Texas are the most ... unique! that I have ever ridden my motorcycle and prayed that I would never have to again. The off ramps for many roads are a kind of kamikaze "just drive through oncoming traffic" type of thing. I went through Houston as part of an extended motorcycle through Texas with the ultimate destination being the hill country of Texas. Ended up in a beautiful area - Utopia Texas - great place, and never knew Texas was anything other than flat. But never wish to ride through that funky exit the freeway roll the dice and hope you live road system again - and have been in some funky mass transit stuff! ;)

and FYI- ALWAYS write the directions on a peice of paper and THEN transfer it to your window- you might be in down town Houston one day and decide to buy some oranges while stopped in traffic at an overpass- then you are pretty much screwed.....

Dark -

Try spraying some hair spray on the mark before you wash. This works with ink from pens, might work with dry erase pens too. Won't work if item has been washed/dryed already, only fresh stains.

anyone know - dry erase markers and cotton = permanent marks?
