A totally unrelated tidbit here. a moment ago i checked the forum from page and saw we are up to 3,494,917 posts. It looks like today ECF is going to break the 3.5 million post mark. Wow that is a lot of posts...

By comparison, another forum I frequent, has 2x the members, but only a hair over 3 million posts. Both are equally impressive.

hmm I don't know if we'll get that 5K posts needed to go over the 3.5 million mark today but you never know. if we don't it will probably happen tomorrow and certainly sometime this week. Of course the PIF crowd could go post crazy and push it over the top.

I got mine on my ankle, easy to hide with socks. And it was a walk in, at 2 different places(got recommendations).

That is gorgeous Pam!

These are my two. Done by a friend. He's getting a lot better at it. The ankle was a cover up f a tattoo I never would ave had removed, but when you're 14 your parents get to make those decisions, so I had it redone bigger an with color. The butterflies are my two babies. The little one is dd with red for garnet (Jan) and the other is ds with white for diamond (Apr). I designed both of them myself, so I didn't really need some ultra high priced artist anyway. :p

We are a chatty bunch!

Well DS#1 has his Intermediate license - all northern Ky drivers - heads up! lol

He lied and told me he failed - the turd - and I believed him based on the look on his face. Then told me we should all go get donuts. I pointed out, HE could go get donuts BY HIMSELF, with HIS money. I am such a kill joy. ;-)

Okay, you should do the last heart 3/4 full though. Give yourself as much life as possible! : P

I have one on my neck, one on my shoulder and one we don't talk about. I haven't ever had issues with having to hide them but there are some jobs who will not allow tattoos. I say, get what you want where you want. It's your body. Screw society and it's backwards ideas of what's decent! Rah!

Hahahaha. I could do 3/4 full.. but I think I've settled on the mario shrooms. I really do love the zelda and I might get it somewhere else, it's really, really cliche though.. So I'm a little torn :p

And I work for myself... really. So the only time they might become an issue is when I meet with a client. Though none of my clients have ever had any issues with my eyebrow/nose/lip/tongue rings.. so a tattoo really shouldn't bother them.

There should be a prize awarded to the person who makes the 4,000,000th post.

When did ECF start?

A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away.

you could point out that it is a rite of passage to get donuts in the car for the family. Hint that it beats riding his bike...

My first butterfly is my kids with their initials as the butterfly veins. I call my girls my lady bugs, so that is the reason for the little red and black butteryfly. The big black and white one if for my harlequin danes.... :)

Just wanna say I just had an awesome time kite boarding, I was about 12-15 feet off the ground, and literally flew for about 75 yards!!!! That is such a killer feeling, adrinalline(sp) pumping the ground flying by wind in your face...ahhhh so awesome!-))

sounds like a blast. I love anything with "hang time" I really love skydiving and things like para-sailing and hang gliding. Kiteborading sounds like something to add to the list!

What color is Livi's room?

I think it's called Lavender Mist. I'll take some shots of it when I get all the white trim/doors done. I just got the walls done today. Two coats w/ the roller and two coats with a brush for all the cut-in/edging. Too many trips up the ladder and too much time spent on the hard floor. Ow. But it sure looks nice and I'm proud. :D Livi LOOOOOVES it.
