Today is the first day of school here. I don't know whether to celebrate or mourn another summer vacation past. But for now I think i'll just enjoy the peace and quiet.

I see about three more cups of coffee before I can think straight. The 12 mg is what I'm at right now. I slowly weaned myself down from 24... no rush less chance of relapse if I cut back slow and easy. But damn I really wanted a smoke this morning. that's the first craving I've had for one in months.
I'm holding strong though I'm not going to smoke today!
I always want a smoke if I don't do 24 mg most of the day one day I plan to cut back maybe after we move.
I did the same thing Sarge. Down to 6mg from 24. How long have you been vaping? I started in Nov of 2009. I did smoke randomly AND vape for a while, but I've not had ONE cigarette this year and I think my last random smoke was in Dec of 2010.
