I did the same thing Sarge. Down to 6mg from 24. How long have you been vaping? I started in Nov of 2009. I did smoke randomly AND vape for a while, but I've not had ONE cigarette this year and I think my last random smoke was in Dec of 2010. I still get cravings though. =\

I've been vaping right about a year now. I stopped smoking the second day I vaped, but had equipment issues and relapsed around thanks giving for a week or so.

The whole quit smoking thing has been a battle over the past several years I did almost everything from cold turkey to chantix before I started vaping. that is why i decided to take my time and slowly wean myself down on the nic, I've had so many failures in the past that I wanted to make sure this time i could really quit for more than 6-8 months. So far so good

My only regret is that I didn't join ECF before I started vaping. The gear I bought wasn't bad, but the support and knowledge here might have kept me from relapsing when I had my equipment failures.

After lunch today I brought Ceridwen to the seminar hall with me. She sat in the front row and listened to me then she got up and followed some female students to the wall-boards where she is mimicking the flow-charts and lists. Tonight I'm taking her to a Mongolian BBQ in Boston. She loves those places. Actually I think it's me who loves those places but I'll blame it on her when I overeat tonight.
