That was lame!!!!! I knew that was going to happen...Prism must hae that on copy/paste keys!
Today is Pudding Cup Thursday!!!! (okay I made that up, but it sounded fun!)
Good morning- we made it through the fire so far- we are technically still evacuated- but I never really left- we threw everything into 3 trucks, including kids, BR used the tractor to make a fire lane around the property and I ferried crap to my MIL's house 1/8 of a mile down the road- Including 5 dogs....
I came back to load up horses, but by the time we got to that point we were out of mandatory evac and under suggested evac.
2 of the trucks, the kids and 4 dogs are still at my MIL's house. I have one truck and most of the guns with me. Unfortunatly, eventhough I CAN find my vaping box, with my seldom used juices, and such in it- BUT, I cant find the bag I threw all my batteries in, or the charger, or any issues.
I am going to try to catch a nap for a minute ot two-
pray for rain- Lord knows we need it. over 600 acres burned at last count, and I havent heard of any structure fires except one barn that was old and not being used.

Good luck...I remember as kid running out with "Flapper Sticks" to put out trash fires (yes, people used to burn their trash, which was unacceptable, but still eco-friendly if it is apparently a government operated incenerator..?!?!?!?!) so I have seen how fast they spread. Wishing you the best of luck and I hope you find your battery bag.
Well my baby girl starts school today. A full sized backpack is almost as big as she is. I'm so not ready for this. My parents are taking me for a hike to take my mind off of it. Hopefully my dad won't drag me so far out into the wilderness that he has to carry me back

thanks Lox. I had a bit of a computer imposed vacation for a few days but now I'm back and scrambling to catch up. my ban per day average has dropped to an unacceptably low number- I'm in danger of becoming known as a nice mod...
