That doesn't seem right at all! (I had to look up what nano marimo balls were.)
I think it's pretty normal to have murderous intent against red furry things that are sooo annoying...SOMETIMES! The entertainment value for the baby tho...well that kinda makes up a LITTLE for the annoyance factor.
Heya folks. Sounds like you all are having fun with packages.
I'm trying not to kill my husband. I was on the last boil out on some older cartridges and told him to listen for the beeper (it's loud and in the kitchen right next to the living room) and then take the pot off the stove and turn it off. Then I went off to get my packing done.
Get the packing done (heard the timer beep even in the bedroom) and go looking for some scissors. I happen to notice an odd plasticky smell in the kitchen. Yeah, the pot had boiled out all the water and my carts were sitting on the bottom of it melting into the teflon.
I pulled them off there and ripped him open. His response, "Oops!" Uh huh, oops is right. I rinsed them out and the filler looks ok. It looks like it just melted the tape on the outside.
Any idea if I should toss these or give them a shot when I get back?
I am going to say . . . . . Try them. If the filler isn't burned then just peel off the carto covering and give one a try.

too funny. i can totally relate. with my first son it was barny! with my second son we avoided the purple dinosaur at all cost. elmo gave us a short scare, but for the past two years he has turned into a star wars fanatic!!! and he's only 4. lol. my 9 yr old doesn't have an obsession anymore. well unless you count any and every video game known to man. lol

@sallana thanks for the welcome. i have actually been stalking everyone since the beginning of april. then i became a member in may, still lurking in the shadows though. as for the name, length: they let me type it lol. big: accident, i didn't realize i had my caps lock on overall it just suits me. well, wishiknewthatayearago just doesn't sound as good. i am not very outgoing when it comes to people but i have decided to try to come out of my shell. so i am sorry for poking you in the eye, but watch out because i may be lurking around the next corner too!
