I'll give it a go myself.....not really a cherry or menthol fan, but maybe the 2 cobined ay just work! Sometime when you got time and Missy or I have time one of needs some info from you, I bought three 4OZ bottles of seedmans out of the classys and think maybe I should have just bought the 2OZ concentrate? I heard you can simmer it down...that make any sense? boB

So far I've liked 4 out of 4 of them that I've tried -- vanilla, english tobacco, cherry, Commercial (all from their Top Note area). I haven't opened their apple and Capt Black yet.

If you would like to try some of their Commercial, PM your addy -- I got a big bottle (7-1/2 oz) of concentrate Monday. It's a nice base tobacco flavor.

I'd be very interested to hear your opinions on the English and the Capt Black. Both those caught my eye.

I originally got 4 2ounce bottles of the diluted. It works OK as-is if you use PG for everything else -- the distilled water it's cut with = vapor. (then again, I use cartos, so maybe it'll be a bit too thin for some people)

Use about 3.5 - 4 ml of the diluted Seedman per 10 ml of final juice.

So you can use it as a flavoring just use 35-40%?

I thought that seemed a little high, but there's different options. If you buy the "sample", it's concentrated. If you buy the 2oz, it's diluted. Seems to me the sample might be a better option because you can dilute it (if needed) to what works best for juice.

What I picked up is all from the bottom of their Web page -- "Top Note Flavors". I use about 10% of the concentrated (1 ml per 10 of final liquid), or 35 - 40% of the diluted, in an eliquid. For Cherry I bumped it a couple % higher.
That commercial is really nice, with a bit of tobacco absolute added for after-taste/hit.

(You've got some Commercial concentrate in the mail already :) )

Bahnzo -- You're correct, 35 - 40% only applies to the diluted form, since it's cut 3:1 with distilled water.

So what are the 4 & 7&1/2 OZ bottles....I've got the 4OZ ........mixed up 10ML 2ML Virginia, 1ML Comm, 1ML honey in a 10 ML batch......don't taste 1/2 bad.....I see a darn fine base to work with myself! I'm impressed I think a ..... DIYer like myself might actually be able to make something vapable. boB

From reading the seedman site, the 4oz is diluted, and the 7.5oz is concentrate.

From the price that's what I gather as well. Like I said, I basically went 40% with the enhancer and I'll tell ya it's a darn good base to work with. Person I got then from said you can simmer them down to 1/2 to concentrate them. I guess if you needed a lot of VG you'd have to go that route with these, but using VG based nic you could still go 60% VG. I see potential with this stuff.

Basically my 1st from scratch DIY.....my infamous boB's Bomb is several premade juices mixed together. boB

Hehe ok. I saw that, but it's mostly small stuff, I'm more interested in 5/10/30 ml stuff with droppers. Thanks tho, glad to see people looking out for me!

Btw, if you really want me to call you Bahnzo, just say the word and I will. I just always loved Gonzo when I watched the Muppets. I'm not sure why - well, maybe it's the beard and the hat - but your avatar reminded me a little bit of him. Anyhow, I always thought Gonzo was misunderstood and was one of the kindest of the muppets. So, Gonzo's stuck with you in my head.

I do hope you don't chase chickens...or maybe that's choke chickens. I always get my euphemisms confused. ;)

The thing I don't like is the diluted not only means you have to use a lot of it, but it puts a lot of water into the mix. I swear I can taste it when it's watery. I like to leave room in the juice to add other things if needed.

Are you using the enhancer or the top note stuff? I've noticed both on the site and I thought I remember reading something from ScubaDan about using the top note stuff only.

I've got enough DIY stuff either here in house or on the way to keep me busy, so I'm having a hard time justifying myself purchasing more....but man some of that stuff looks good, especially the Capt Black. Not to mention I'd be willing to bet that BWB uses seedman stuff....reading some old DIY threads shows some interesting comments from him.

I don't care what you call me, as long as you call me. Better to be noticed than not at all. I loved the muppets when I was a kid...been a long time since I've seen the show, gonna have to search the net and download a few.

I'm not touching the chicken thing.......
