Hey Lox, I read your story. Lots of respect. We are kind of going through the same thing. My parents didnt want to move out of the house they raised 5 kids in out in the country. So we moved from ours out here. They still live in the house part and we live in an apt above their 4 car attached garage. Dad has some health probs and needs a little help with the 1 1/2 acre yard and a few other things but for being 70 mom still cleans the 4 bed etc house by herself. Dont want them alone but we cant bear to make them move out of the home that dad built her 45 years ago.

You are doing the right thing. I used to get miffed because my mom was the same way. Always trying to do stuff she shouldn't. Now I understand how frustrating it is not being able to do stuff we took for granted.

Thanks. Patience was never my strongsuit. But they are the best parents anyone could ever have grown up with so I am glad to be able to do anything I can. So what flavors of Capellas are you getting?
I hate clowns. Ever since I was a kid. They really creep me out for some reason. Poltergeist movie sure didn't help any either.
so.. I get up this morning.. barely awake, making coffee, back turned away from the kitchen, still in my night shirt. Ohh littlest kitty decides they need some snugglin'.. and proceeds to do like she loves to.. climb up me to sit on my shoulder. this works out well.. when I am dressed and see it coming.. I should've named her Freddy.

Now they are 8 and I need more entertainment. How is the one with the cold?
that's the one who loves to snuggle on the shoulder, where she is now.. she will run across the room and climb all the way up to my shoulder, it's cute when I am dressed.. but that really hurt
she's still sneezing and wheezing away. She's going to the vet this afternoon. Pretty sure it's an upper respiratory infection, but I read that if left untreated, 70% of kittens will die from it.. we were bringing them Saturday for their first shots and the initial kitty visit, but decided this couldn't wait two more days. Never mind that, she's leaving sneeze marks all over the house.. she's lucky she's cute!

I love the Malty toffee. I ordered 2 bottles with extra flavor to make sure I dont run out. I ordered the cherry too but havent tried it yet. I am not sure why it sounded good at the time but now I dont even have an interest in trying it.
