Curious to see if plastic beakers ship -- the darned things were cheap, but they're that decent squeezable plastic (like our bottles are made out of), seem to work really well.
I got him where it really hurts...I refused to pay him.
Refuse to pay-that way he won't be able to pay for his e-cig order...

Good thing -- that BWB Malty Toffee definitely makes it to the all-day-vape category.
Bad thing -- no meetings at work today, it's 24 mg, I've been whacking away on it for almost 8 hours on my PT -- I could probably chase a squirrel up the side of a tree by now (High nic tolerance, but I'm not about to fall asleep right now)

Thank you for the help in the Wants stuff - the beakers should do fine since they are plastic; but then again the PO is not always known for being gentle. LOL

I still decline to order from him. I think in the rules it says PIF stuff shouldn't end up in the classifieds.....

Beakers really are handy for mixing. USP is interesting, the shipping stays at whatever, until you cross a magic threshold, then jumps a bunch. If I have to order from them, the goal is to just max out on stuff until it takes the jump.
Maybe he's not a scammer, but its still not right.. Im over it though if thats what he wants to do, I hope karma catches up to him
edit: well apparently if he really did say" oh thank you i cant wait to give back to PIF"
then turns around and sells everything, never giving a PIF again..
I think its a scumbag move, but if no rules are broken then thats the end of it i guess
I just think that if you get it in PIF and don't want it, or don't like it, it should be returned to the same pond.... Gotten here, didn't like, putting it back for others who may need/want it.... but that's just my opinion. I know the rules say differently, but it just seems wrong. And I like the memeber who gave so much, she's a great part of the PIF family, and yep that's all I have so I'll shut it now....
Heh, well, I found the magic number.
Didn't matter how I did it with the boston rounds but the second the total broke $25, the shipping jumped up. Ended up with 6-10ml, 48-6ml, and 66-3ml. That better last a bit or I'm going to be quite unhappy with myself.
RU, just let me know how much you want of what. May want to do that one in PM so I don't lose it.

Good job Thing is, if you do stay under the limit, the shipping isn't all that bad. 120 bottles, something like 5 (maybe 6) shipping, only adds 4 - 5 cents on the unit cost. The 100 15 ml beakers, plus whatever 6 ml I could squeeze in came in just at the limit.
As far as PIF in general, I think of a PIF as just that, a forward of things, putting it on the table for whoever wishes to pick it up. The PIFfer builds good karma by putting something out there that another may use. The PIFfee does whatever. Not a Need, or a Want, which are recipient oriented. That's how I look at it. The Treasures thread is even a purer form, in that the giver hasn't first accepted something, instead simply has something they wish to give another if that person would like it.
That's what attracted me to this area -- some threads that are really about purely trying to help others succeed at something that has helped us, when we can. It's good for the soul. An occasional miscue is just that, a blip.

Ahh, well, I've been getting paid the last hour to twiddle my thumbs -- waiting for an e-mail so I can generate a purchase request. On the bright side -- happy dance -- found out I'm carrying capp smooth, can switch to 12 mg sweet stuff to mellow out.
