Thanks girl....I needed a chuckle, Just spent 20 minutes getting 5 more "we're not accepting new patients". GRRRRRRR

you guys need a clinic like the ones here. Income based hospitals. I make decent money and it's about 20 bucks to see the doctor. and 15 for the dentist. I've had labs, x-rays and other things done-- still 20 bucks.

boB- don't be afraid to park your car somewhere, when those people approach you ask them where the cheap place is for insurance. They probably know.... :)

socks! The bane of my existence!

Would you guys think less of me if I told you that I don't sort socks? I have one basket for light colored and one for dark. If you need a pair - have at it!

LMAO...i do this too!!! maybe once every other month I match socks... I have bought new ones instead of matchin them!! I HATE it!!!

I hate that. I mean isn't a hospital a business? Shouldn't you always be looking for new customers????

There is a trick to this. When I was little my dad and two brothers never sorted their socks. I HATED it!! there would be 4 baskets filled with unmatched socks and it would take days just to find out there is a basket full of 'one kinds' so here's my trick- I buy one kind of sock. Ankle socks. I buy them from Kohls. They're like 6 bucks for a pack of 10. very comfy and durable. they always have them in stock. I do the same thing for my kids. If they quit selling a certain one that we buy, we buy new ones and throw away all the old ones. I have one kind of white and one kind of black dress. Thats it. makes sorting SO easy!!!

About time for me to buy some new socks. The dryer's 'et a few (washng machine's denied losing them, so it must be the dryer), so I'm running into sock orphans. Kind of embarrassing to have a meeting with one light sock and one dark -- have to tell clients "Look, squirrel!" to divert their attention (hey, it works with the dogs...)
I think a few of my socks are older than some of the members :D

Quick question on cleaning cartos - do I need to do anything besides take off the mouth piece?

Also, should I bring water to a boil and then turn off the flame or maintain a boil?

Oh - good morning all!

If there's an inner little clear plastic washer, take that out too. A lot of the premium cartos don't have this.

I leave them boiling for 10-15 minutes. Rinse, blow out, and repeat.

You can clean cartomizers by boiling? Even the 510 eGo megas?

I do my KR808 ones that way. Not sure about the megas but I'd assume they're the same.

I've got cartos that I've been using since I started this at the start of August. Boiling them out when they get hard to draw seems to prolong their lives a good bit.

I need 3 different sizes. DH & son1 wear the same size. I'm between son2 and son3.

I'm thinking I like your idea though. Maybe I need to start building up my sock stockpile.

Apparently the "new" style is black short socks (not ankle or no show) with everything - shorts, tennies, slides...yah, son1 better get a job soon! Though he's applied everywhere God bless him!
