I boil them to try to get out some of the gunk and to sterilize them. On the really smelly ones, I add in a vodka soak too.

I'm sure that steam attachment would work though. I just like to set it and forget it when it comes to cleaning these things. Put in pot, set timer, come back in 15 minutes. Put pot in sink, rinse, and blow them out. Put back in pot, set timer, come back in 15 minutes. Put in pot in sink, rinse, and blow them out. Set on paper towel with the battery side up. Done.

I need to clean out prefilled cartos with too high nic... will just soaking/boiling do it?

My husband makes me fun of the size of my feet. He calls them skis, gun boats, etc. His feet are actually bigger than mine.

I keep having to remind him that I am 6'0 tall and would look pretty darned funny with size 6 feet. Then I remind him that I have him beat by about an inch, heightwise. That shuts him up.

It should. You may want to blow them out first. Just stick your mouth to the non-battery end and hold a paper towel to the battery side. Then blow em out.

I actually blow them out before I set them out to dry too.

I could almost swap shoes with you. Well, except that I have really, really narrow feet and high arches so I end up needing narrow shoes and settling for medium width.

Sounds like your feet are like my mom's, hers are longer and narrower than mine. I have wider, flat feet.

I do mine after the boiling. I'm sure it's not necessary but I think it helps with odor from other juices. That, and the filler dries a lot faster.

It's still more than me, though. I keep a few pairs of dress shoes and my current and old sneaks. My current pair are Earth shoes! Took some getting used to, but now I love them. They're the first pair I've had in a long time that I can wear without my orthodics.

Yeah, I'm not a flip flop person so I have a few pairs of sandals. He, on the other hand, has 5 pairs of flip flops.

Then I have 2 pairs of sneakers, 1 pair of dress shoes in light tan, brown, blue and black, 2 pairs of dress boots, and 1 pair of hiking boots.

Do not use the boiling method with the eGo mega cartomizers, at least not the whistle tips. They deform quite badly.
