Thats how we taught all 3 of em to crawl...put a bowl of popcorn JUST outta reach...they learned to crawl that night

that's my son. He will eat raw tomatoes off the vine all day long before he picks up sweets. He loves his veggies. One night, we had made garlic pickles, and caught him in the middle of the night, with the fridge open, and the gallon ice cream tub that we stored the pickles in, sitting between his legs and he was shoveling them in as fast as we could.... At first this was hilarious... then we found out he was allergic to pickles.......... probably the overdose that caused it........
Kid- "daddy, can I have a cookie"
Me- " If I didnt polish em off last night after you went to bed, because daddy can. But I left you plenty of veggies in the fridge
Ok seriously,...Kiddos know the rules on snacks..they never know when their getting them. I prefer random reinforcement myself. Rarely are they allowed to ask for em. Which seems to work, because rarely do they. And somehow my 4 yr old will ask for seconds at dinner, snub her nose at the ribs, but grab the whole bowl of veggies and polish every last bite off..frequently. Since when do kids prefer veggies over everything else?..this is the one that screamed bloody murder until she was allowed to hold the bowl of popcorn and double fist it through the whole movie as a baby.....

My DS#2 loves veggies...and any other food... DS#1 is totally a meat and potatoes kinda guy... 6'4 190lbs... and all muscle... now my lil one was a tiny lil toothpick last yr... over the summer he bulked up and grew and grew... not sure his exact measurements but he's about past my chin, and like 90lbs i thnk... was blessed w/ their daddy's dna, and my good looks
they r both bigger now.. but they r my babies!!!! I am 5'9 or 5'8 now i am shrinking

My kids look like me with their bio-fathers build too! super skinny kids. Remind me to have dom "do the belly thing" for you when we come. He can suck that baby in until you see his spine. super creepy gross, but it's the train wreck situation... don't wanna look... but you just gotta!!
Bob I have tried to scan the last 10 pages here but due to my pounding headache I only got part of them so I didn't see if you got your dental issues worked out or not. You may have already tried this so ignore it if so but here the health department has dental work that is done there. They come around and help out folks that don't have insurance. They might be able to help you out. I know they do work that is not just cleanings and x-rays. If they cannot do the work they might be able to point you to someone who would take you. I know we had heck trying to find someone to take my son a few years back when he had no insurance and not a whole lot of $$$ to work with. He was an adult so not on my plan anymore. I swear you would think that dentists are made of gold or something! We finally found someone but it took like 3 days before we could get an appt that was not 4 weeks away!

Im just hoping my first born will be the lil miss wufc champ like daddy wants. Shes built to be spider monkey in the octagon, and has daddy's muscles...looking like a star in the making..but I think every daddy says that.
Did you make everyone watch him do it? lol. I make him show everyone. he's starting to get shy about his body now so he may not, but I think it's the funniest thing. he eats like a cow though, unless his meds make him not hungry, as that happens....
no.. i didnt make him..lol...... my boys eat some groceries lemme tell u... good lord!!! i am almost glad kyle is on his own now cuz that boy put us in the poor house the way he eats.. every time he comes over .. straight to the fridge and the pantry.... damn horse!!! it all goes to his feet!!!

WOW! My brother literally bankrupted me but it was from extreme stupidity not greed or maliciousness. I'm very sorry you have a brother like that. I guess you are a bigger person than I am because I would have disowned him. Or worse.

it's funny - I lost everything and I'm happier now. less stress. It's only stuff. I kept my house and my flat screen. all I need.
I will admit I cried when they foreclosed on our building. My entire operation right now would fit in my old office.
