Our AC died.. or at least the one that runs the downstairs.. glad it's dual zoned but ugh it's gonna be like a zillion degrees out again today.. and my daughter has a friend coming over.. guess we're not gonna bake something yummy, sooo not running the stove! It's gonna be a long day!! :(

Thank God for my eGo.. or surely I'd have picked up an analog already
Now that would really suck, but at least u have some AC!

Morning all. Busy here as well Mike! Too much setup of this new system to do... only have 2.5 months to change the way my entire office's computer system is run! Blech! Plus its kinda hard to concentrate on work when you're bitten by the motorcycle bug. Can't stop researching them....... Someone get me back on task!

zbass.. wow, I am overwhelmed at your list! Who told your son to grow? Mine are both in need of all new clothes this year and I've barely dented the school supply list, never mind their school clothes. But we got the shoes, so that's something!

So.. for fleas in your house.. Borax.. get some Borax detergent and put it down in the rugs for 24 hrs.. then vacuum and do it all over again. The borax will work by suffocating the fleas and their stupid little eggs.. but, that's just for the ones on the carpet. It does work great, we have indoor cats, and a friend of the kids came over who has a house infested with fleas.. they traveled on her to my house.. we were able to kill the fleas with the borax before they got bad, but it's not toxic and won't hurt the carpets.. worth a shot anyway!

If I had your list, I would break it up into three things at a time, something that's in the same area of the house or whatever.. do the three things, cross it off the list, move it along.. it's no wonder you're overwhelmed!

I had no time to get on all day yesterday!! :(

I spent the day running around an 85 year old WWII vet to doctors appointments. :)

How is everyone?

oooh did he have good stories? I would love to chat with a sound minded WWII vet.. I would like some good first hand stories.. no one in my family is still around from that era! First hand stories are so much more interesting than books..

Glad you're back.. would you like some coffee? I've got Irish cream creamer!

YESSSS, coffee please!!!!! :D

He served in the Army. It was my moms friends father, so it was my first time meeting him. We went to the VA clinic, so that was interesting. Kind of ticked me off to see they charge those who served this country for their medication.

Next time I take him to Doc appointments, I'll get more details! :D

I'm right there with you. My list is a mile long easily. Unfortunately for me, my list includes some pretty heavy stuff... finalizing a divorce, finding a new house, selling a car, then down to cleaning the house thoroughly and painting the inside all one color, refinancing to rent out or selling it after that, selling all my furniture and all the assorted crap the ex left in the house, grocery store, etc. etc... I totally get the panic feeling:blink:
