oh now see.. when I make something new and ask if he liked it, I get "it'll make a turd".

Also, I get "fine" a lot. "fine" to me is just.. well, fine. It's not good, or great, or excellent, it's just "fine". I hate hearing "you look fine, let's go". But I think he is finally catching on to that!

How long have u been married? Cuz I can't get mine to figure that out and it's been 13 years! :(

Heh, I've figured out if I do to my husband what he does to me on things he believes are important it suddenly clicks.

Try using some of their 'fine', 'it's all right', or 'not too bad' after a bit of sheet aerobics.

not yet five years lol.. but we were friends for years and years before that, so.. he catches on quick.. never ever even leaves the toilet seat up!
Funny thing about toilet seats up... My son is being treated for attachment disorder...(if you haven't already seen this we adopted him when he was 10 from the foster system)... and believe it or not... its one of the things they have on a list of things to work on in the respect category :)
