A 5 or 10 ml with warm saline should do fine -- it's just a delivery mechanism, a way to squirt some saline into the schnozz. Otherwise, take up diving, become certified, tell boB he has to send you to the Caribbean for a week in the Winter -- after the first day or two, it's amazing how well the sinuses clear

Sorry Missy, I've had good luck with mucinex, but drink lots and lots of water...helps thin things out a bit, I know then it'll switch to dripping again, but you'll feel better, promise

You know, there's a cheaper way of doing nasal lavage. Go buy one of those baby snot ball squeezie things. (You know, the ones with the big blue ball on the end that you push on once you've managed to hold your child down and get the tip in their nose.) Get some lukewarm water and add a tablespoon of salt. (there's a nice video on this.) Squirt into nose while holding your head over a sink. Voila! Nasal lavage!

How's it I was surfing some videos and caught some guy on youtube doing a video of his own product, thinking to self......he's the only one who would do it, you can't pay me enough to allow someone to film this and then post it....hehe

awwww...arent u a sweetie!!! It didnt get here today tho hun...sorry to tell ya... my son went out to get the mail.. and all he brought back was a damn DVD from netfilx!!! .. i will b okay... just head hurts, nose stuffed and a scratchy throat... she isn't a fan of VB, so the possibility is there. I just saw her talking about it on another thread. Not even sure how much there is.. I would look but one of the kittens is asleep on my shoulder.. she's sick, too!

yes they finally shipped both orders. I went back and ordered a 2nd time after talking to redgirl so I could get the danish. I love her juice. OMG she sent me peach danish - my friend and me vaped the whole bottle in an hour.
