Well....

You have a long bar filled with goodies. Usually starts with very thin sliced meats like beef, pork, turkey. The next 2/3rd of the bar is all kinds of fresh veggies. At the end there are sauces you add to your creation.

Then you hand it to the cook who dumps it all on a giant flat wok (giant being about 3' in diameter.) They cook everything on there and then hand it back to you.

It is very fresh and very yummy. Better then other chinese food because there is absolutely no MSG. Just good fresh ingredients.

There is a version of it that you can find in some malls; that is where I got mine tonight.

Back in the late 90's I used to travel all over the US on business. One place I loved in Detroit was BD's which is the link I posted. Their food bar is HUGE. All kinds of meat and seafood on top of all the veggies and such.

Too good.

I cant believe I just read this in tv forum

How have you fixed flavors that came out wrong.

I ordered some Raspberry/Lime CYO a few weeks ago hoping for a Raspberry Limeade type flavor. But its really harsh, I thought letting it steep might help it a bit, but didn't really do the trick. I realize that a lot of the fruit flavors have that sharpness to them, so I'm not blaming TV, I should have realized it wouldn't be very mellow.

Why can't people just say - that sucked - without apologizing. Do they fear the juice nazi that much?
