I can't figure out how to pull my tank apart! I got 3 non-ego brand ones - I cna't use any of them - they are taste too burn. I can't see the wick and I can't "feel" it with a needle either.
I'll browse the forum tomorrow to see if I can find the directions. I have a horrible headache from trying not to cry at the funeral.

well, trip to FL is being postponed; Jen is going back in for tests somethings not right. My moms not acting quite right either and she's not sure exactly whats wrong. Her potassium levels go really wonky sometimes and the Dr. says she's had several small heart attacks. I'm not going to leave her here on her own like that. I'm hoping around the end of July or beginning of August I'll be able to make the trip to FL. Sigh, no Vapestock for me. I'm sure I'll survive. I'm just hoping for the best for Jen and my mom.

I have a PIF & a TC lost in the mail & I guess @ over 10 days I have to give up hope that they are ever gonna show up, the lady @ the post office was not helpful. She suggested leaving my carrier a note & informing him of my missing packages. I did, taped it to front of box on porch. Found the note on the ground Sat.afternoon ... guess he is no help either. waa! can't win em all I guess ...my pif/tc incoming count is now at 3.5 out of 6 ....at least my outflow is 5 for 5 !!
& Lbug sent me some floral samples that have been GREAT ! So I still consider myself on the winning end ....I love PIF .

My package never showed up? Oh no, we can't have this. I really wish I'd sprung for the DC ... I know it's not my fault but I will send you another package on Tuesday with a DC # so it can be tracked. I can't recall what was in the TC you accepted ... a bunch of juice wasn't it? Tell me what you like and I'll dig around and find some goodies for you.

Hey Q4 - how do you wrap your meat? We're getting a side of beef (well splitting one with my neighbor) the ground beef will be in bags but the meat cuts will be in butchers paper. I rewrapped in large freezer bags or plastic wrap last year - by the stuff at the end had some freezer burn. Any suggestions?
Darkwitless, not to .... in, but if you have or know anyone who has a vacuum sealer, it keeps meat in the freezer up to 6 months. It was the best investment we ever made, now we stock up when it's on sale and vacuum seal it and toss in the freezer. No more freezer burn!
+1 on the vacuum sealer ...it really does make a big difference .
Cleolove, don't worry about it & sweet of you to offer ... definitely wasn't your fault or bmwjen's ...I never do DC either . I don't think I have ever lost mail,cept one BIG box to aunt in hawaii years ago,it was insured & they made us wait 30 days ....they paid the ins ...and it showed up like a month after that ..
Hubby swears I'm obsessing . I may be...(trying not to) but it just drives me crazy, cuz I know those packages are out there somewhere & hopefully NOT at a house w/small children !!
And it also bugs me that there were 2 of 'em from different areas of the country,mailed a day apart . Sounds like they got here the same day & the carrier left them somewhere else.
We live 3 blocks from PO & we have different carriers every day, just matters who gets done early or something like that it's just a small odd route. witless, years ago I started wrapping in saran wrap, THEN putting that in a ziplock freezerbag and getting all the air out. Thats how I did deer for years and years. BUT, I also am a lover of the vaccum seal- I have one, and occasionally I use it- if I had more cabinet space I would use it more- LOL
I dont use it on my pork and various other meats simply because we can go through a 200lb hog in two, two and a half weeks- So, no sense in wasting that much money buying the vaccum bags. LOL
Kelleycmc, right now you cant even use my couch because there is clean laundry stacked on it- from top to bottom. overflowing- I am ALWAYS behind, so alas, I cant be supermom. LOL
I just found out that this coming weekend the kids are supposed to work a fishing tournament, (meaning, I finally got around to checking my calender for the coming week......) they give their Gun and Bow club money- and my kids are leaving thursday for an invitational Archery tournament- uggggggg- At least Rayley will still be here, she is old enough to work those types of things now- But I had forgotten about it and now I have to scramble to get volunteers to come work it. We have to serve the food, and help with the auction- last year it was HOT and tiring- and I couldnt get a smoke break to save my life- This year- they can kiss my vape!!

A nice weekend in beautiful Baldwinsville. Weather has been pretty cooperative, busy but fun time. Just upgraded my Droid X phone with gingerbread, cool to be able to watch netflix on it now 
ohhhhhh my Blackberry is such a step child of the smart phone world!! I need to get a droid or iphone so I can do coolstuff too!!
