LOL

Yep, I DO need one of those!!! :)

Q4MK makes me scared about buying a house. My great accomplishment was fixing the washing machine and now you have to turn the knob to wash, turn to spin, turn it back around to wash and then back around to spin. Yeah, it works. eyeroll.

ROFLMAO! girl, my dryer, I had to 'fix' it. and so now, the button that turns it off when you open the door, is OUTSIDE the door... because when I redid it, the dryer would only turn on with the door open. We tried EVERYTHING. I even defered to my husband. who at first decided I had my wires crossed. THEN, I sent pics to TWO men who work on dryers and such. NOONE can fiqure it out. SOOOO instead of buying a new dryer, I just rewired it so the button is outside the door..
I am kinda proud.... :) LOL

But yes, i have learned that home ownership is nothing but work. of course, I have never not owned a home. So its normal to me. PLUS, I have never not owned an OLD home. so its even MORE normal to me. LOL and with 6 people (4 of them kids) everything gets a TRUE workout. My dishwasher runs twice a day. minimum. But I HONESTLY did NOT know that you were supposed to clean your outside unit for AC. seriously. and I really didnt even know you were supposed to clean the inside ones. thats a shame.... LOL

I STILL havent fiqured out the TV. But I CANT buy a new one. so far, if I unhook it from the surge protector and plug INTO the wall, it seems to work?? but I am not sure how long that will last... or if it was just a fluke that it did work...

Every hypothetical question hides some reality behind it and every real question some hypothesis beneath it.

Moreover, hypothetical questions are our safer routes to knowledge, since real questions involve real experience and real experience as a source of knowledge can not only be highly limited, but also be quite risk prone!! In other words, hypothetical questions not only hedge us against real risks, but also open up the scope for wider learning.

No.

Oh wait, was that post rhetorical?
