I'm having ECF/PIF withdrawal! My wife was off today (and tomorrow, God help me!) and she and Livi have kept me away from my computer most of the day . We got a lot of yard work done and I made two planters for the front porch...then we had dinner with friends. I missed you guys!

I feel like gibberin and no ones in chat
Went on a ship yesterday and out to sea to find whales!
Was great we saw seals, dolphins, and a pod of blue whales. Including a little one (though the little ones arnt very little)
They migrate along the CA coast line..all following the same path so it's one of those park there and wait things.

but on the down side...poor Taylor got sea sick and the ship was NOT toddler friendly so we had to hold a very excited and mad he couldnt run around the ship Daniel for the whole trip.

Okay, I need opinions. Has anybody gone back to a standard 510 after trying all of the mods and everything? I've been wanting to get a kit. For some reason, I feel like I want one to take out in public that looks like a cigarette. I had two kits but I gave them all away to new smokers. Now I wish I'd kept one of them! So, is this a thing where I think I want it but when I get it it won't do the trick or be strong enough and I'll end up giving it away again? I do not have money to be throwing out! So, thought somebody else might have already gone through this.

I haven't actually used one in the last 11 months, but I do have a couple left in the stash. They just feel sooo tiny. I don't know that anybody who has tried an actual mod could go back to them. If you're just curious, let me know. I'll send you a couple out. I don't think you would be keeping them very long though.

Pchela, I bought a volt about a month ago and I just love it. In fact I don't vape anything else except my volts and echos. It is an 808 not a 510 but it is a cig style. It is plenty strong enough. If I want a little extra punch I use the mega LR 1.7 cartos from CCV with an adapter. I know they probably run down the battery faster when I use them but it works great. The PCC for them works great because it will charge 2 batts at a time and hold 5 cartos.

Thanks guys! I don't know why... I just saw a movie where somebody was smoking a regular e cig and I was like... I kinda wish I still had mine! Maybe it's just the thought of having the actual cigarette shape that's appealing? I don't know. I've been very stressed the past weeks and it got worse this week... I was wanting a real cigarette so maybe I'm somehow putting that desire on a ciggy shaped ecig? Who knows how our brains work?

I'm gonna check out the Volt too though wouldn't it be a pain to try to convert with all my 510 stuff. I have nothing 808.

Keyz! That's part of the reason too I think! I hate the attention a mod draws out in public. If I had one that looked real, I wouldn't have to worry about people approaching me as much. And you're so right about the little black dress. Mods just aren't sexy.

Maybe it's because I don't wear my little black dresses very often but I've found I get more looks with my 808 than my ugly little old goat. I expected the opposite. For some reason though, even in the middle of walmart, no one bats an eye as I vape the old goat, whereas I've had people do the fake cough outdoors with the 808. Maybe it's the bizarre hoosier thing

I use auto 306's with lr cartos at work when I'm out on a job. I love them - closest thing to a cigarette you can get

Morgan got that red e-go and the t-rex from Prism and has been sweet and letting me use them

I'm very intrigued by the Volt. What kind of adapter - just an 808 to 510? Can you use any 510 carto with them?
