Wow dude, you are full of useful information! Thank you so much! That sticky tile was my partners idea. :glare: I just wanted to put another sheet of vinyl flooring down. They make some pretty nice ones now. But nooo, she wants the tiles and the grout and I said "Look, I tried to put some of that down on the floor of Baby's cage and it's the same type of sub-floor/plywood and it didn't stick." She insists it will stick...so guess what. She can do the floor. :D

The painting is *almost* done.

Yes, yes I do. My partner wants it to have pretty little white lines of grout all around it...so...you know...she's hot. Nuff said.

I was nice and painted the floor in the hope that the tile would stick better for her. I also told her about heating them up with the hair dryer and she's doing that. We didn't pick up the roller, so she's using a heavy marble vase to roll with ...hey, whatever works.

Painting is done minus two spot of touch up where I took down the light fixture. I have the light fixture dangling in there and the new one ready to install. I guess I'll be grouting tomorrow :glare:, if she gets them all stuck tonight. Then the trim/baseboards (not looking forward to doing that)....Vanity is all together, sink and faucet should be easy to put on it and last but not least, the toilet. Still haven't been out to look for a medicine cabinet.

Um...why did I start this project again????

She's putting spacers between them all. It will be just like grouting between ceramic tiles.

LOL. Just don't put the toilet down until after the grout is dry. Then when it starts cracking because the thinner vinyl tiles move, but the grout can't, you can put in linoleum.

Don't mean to be a downer, but that tile doesn't play well with grout. (Might want to hold off on the base, too.)
