I just came across and caught up on the Totally Wicked / UKV issue - and I'm gathering some sort of innuendo threats against ECF by the same.

Good Morning PIFers!! Ive spent the morning cleaning up the branches and palm fronds and looking for my big green trash cans!! All is well.

I've been scoping out the Tampa RNC area since last night - lots of "new" WiFi access points, clearly some people performing recon elsewhere, it's an interesting mix of people and security. I've been stopped a few times and had to convince the private and LEO security "I have no dog in this game, I'm researching"..
Some of the small early protests are clearly deluded people, I'm waiting for the "intelligent" protestors I'm promised will show up. The best they've got so far are people wearing Anarchist symbols who are Marxists Statists and not Anarchists at all.

Done with work for the day Have Tuesday and Wedneday off and then have to work 5 hours on Thursday before a long 4 day weekend. Hmmmm...wonder how I could manage to make a two day work week happen every week
Ok, need to go get some housework done before hubby and grandson come home from the day's visit at SIL's lakehouse. I forgot how much mess a teenager in the house can make 8-o

State fair going on, caught it with the wife sat.
Odds and ends of loan paperwork for the new camp. Signed off a 40 page package yesterday. Researching and ordering some items i know I'll want to do on it before winter.
Work is busy-good.
Haven't had any time to study for my assistant instructor scuba course, 9 days long starting this coming sat.
Restaining our home (log cabin).
Haven't touched two of the windows i still want to replace this season. I've got the replacement windows in the basement.

Wanna come replace the window on the back of our house that my crazy dog broke and came through, for who knows what reason? 
Boy, this year's back to school illness got me good. I don't usually catch it anymore, but this is a whole new one. I've felt like there is an elephant on my chest since Sunday. It's finally starting to ease up now. It seems as soon as I cave and go buy cold medicine, the cold goes away. Then someone else uses it, and it starts all over again when I get sick again.

Busy stuff here - meet the teacher night at the high school - I skipped the PTO portion (bad former PTO President, bad!) and just went to the classroom portion.
Man they're growing some young teachers these days! And if DS#2 Spanish teacher said "like" one more time I was going to, like, scream! You're a professional who talks for a living - geesh.
Missed the grade school pto meeting to attend the high school stuff. - last class I'm sitting across from the current grade school PTO pres. lol She skipped out after her opening speech stuff to make it to the high school.
Tomorrow we have a Cross Country parents meeting. I'm afraid we're going to have a fund raiser. Between the magazine drive and Entertainment books at the grade school and Pampered Chef at the highschool, I'm fund raiser-ed out.

Mark - when your finished, my deck needs to be stripped and stained. It's a hot mess. It's in the sun from 11am until sunset. I should get on it soon, but I don't wanna.
