Got the insurance quote for the camp we're buying, came in at what I expected.
Time to start nudging Seller's broker, make sure they're moving on the paperwork on their side. Their broker is on the ball, but a check each couple days is good, since the Seller is not all that focused (young family).

Amazing At first glance I thought...Oh everything that poor person owns must be in that car. Then it was OMG.....Those bags are filled with books, Micy D bags, Cookie wrappers and Starbucks cups. all in the same bags together and more food stuffs between the bags. The books aren't piled neat with stuff on top either they are flopped open with leaky cup stuff in the bags.

It sells out fast~! I'm on the notify list at vapow.com - they notified me - the link said out of stock - I emailed- they immediately sent me another link - I ordered - it shipped! And it's gone...except for the cutter which is no nic to reduce the 20mg down to whatever. It's really flavorful though and many have been cutting the 20 without the cutter and it still keeps it's flavor. I can't believe how smooth it is. No "bang" at 20 mg or from the flavor - really smooth. And yes, it's like good and plenty!
And even though it's strong flavor - and it lingers in your mouth after the fact, it doesn't change your perception of other flavors 
And you can drink coffee with it
