Chopperguys...disappeared with our mods?

Actually if everyone who has a mod stolen from Chopperguys gets TOGETHER then the amount of items stolen equals a felony and that is pretty high on the list.
I dont know the specifics but I have been following this thread a bit. Sounds like you easily have over 2500 bucks in mods there.

I have sent 5 emails in the last 3 weeks. I have been attempting to get in touch with him and no luck. The reason I have not been pressing the lawyer/cops issue is I sent in a Little Chuck, that I did not even pay for.
That may not seem like a good reason to you but thousands in lawyer fees for an 80 dollar mod. I'll pass. Not saying I wouldn't love to have my Chuck back. I hope Chopper gets all the mods out to everyone but it is starting to feel like a lost cause.

I've saved all PMs--and emails...don't know how much help it is.

That's what I said a couple of posts back. Simmering on the ecig forums is doing nothing to help you. You all should get organized, and start hammering away at the PD in his hometown. Or at least all of you come up with a detailed list of all the things stolen from this guy and start calling the FBI.
Whining about it here will do NOTHING. If you all want your mods back or at least see justice done, you need to stop bumping this thread to complain, but get in contact with each other, come up with a comprehensive list of items taken/not returned/solid numbers from monetary loss, etc., get it notarized if you have to, contact your lawyers, if you have them, and get UNIFIED. DO SOMETHING. Otherwise this thread is just a QQ thread and nothing will get done.
Guys, don't think your cases are too insignificant in the eyes of the law. The feds take wire and mail fraud very seriously. If even just one of you takes a few minutes to report your situation, they will investigate the infraction. It costs you absolutely nothing but a little time and you'll at the very least get some closure as a reward.
Once you get several of you together and contact the fbi and his hometown districts attorneys office then you wont have any legal fees

Sounds like someone needs to take a note from their own avatar and keep calm, not berate people because they are passive.
Got an email from Chopper--He is starting to send whatever he can out asap. He was trying to get as much done as possible, but as fell short (summarized from his e-mail).
Any of you with mods out with him try and contact him again...this might be the start of resolving this.
He also said he is denied posting permissions here, that is why he hasn't been to this thread (his words).

Reo-mini...was powder coated back in april/may. Have not received it yet.
Since I was OP and the one to get the ball rolling, just wanted to share as much of an update as I could.
Sneaker bro I hope you get it back soon. You're a cool guy, remember you posting back in your broken space bar days heh.
Reading this a couple days ago it made me sick to even think of all the possible stomach ulcers, hair loss, and extra beers had due to the stress caused....
Glad to see Chopper seems to be trying to do the right thing, and I hope every single person gets back their mod. Nothing can be worse than a 100$ plus mod seemingly held in vaping limbo. I know I would of gone berserk.
