yup, it's official, I don't trust windows anymore. It suggested I install the intel smart connect, which I've always had the option to do, I just didn't see the point in having something that would occasionally 'wake my pc'... like what is the point of that anyways? So I was like windows let's do it. Big mistake. Not only did it increase my boot time by 5-6 minutes, it pretty much made windows unresponsive every couple minutes and it took me almost 20 minutes to uninstall it *facepalm* I'd think the combo of windows and intel would be smart enough to realize from the gitgo it wasn't a sound plan, but instead they decided to have a testosterone battle, and turn my pc into a rabid fangirl who could do nothing but stand there an ogle/drool like a total derp. It's been an entertaining morning so far

I haven't MS or windowed for so long I can't remember... ahh yes... a nasty virus that shut the computer down before you could get to the boot screen and fixing it caused me to infect 2 other computers... Linux here and no virus anything... will take my chances Using Mint and Firefox and runs great, no nasty surprises

You can do a split and run Linux on one side and MS on the other...

There has been all this talk about the custard and a few other flavors lately. I pulled out my month old Drunken Jungle today and am thinking it isn't getting it's share of praise and adulation lately. I have been vaping a vanilla wafer with a bit of nanner in it and it is good and really sweet but this Jungle is refreshing, not heavy or over the top sweet...

Good moooorning! :p

No, really, this is the aftermath of working all night until 1:00 P.M. Remember when I said I didn't feel tired at all and was pumped at arround 11? Yeah well, when I came back from the P.O. my arms started feeling heavy, and once I stepped out of the car (maybe it was the relief of having done nearly all orders) I felt like a truck had hit me at 100 mph. Not only did I sleep 7 hours yesterday, but slept 10 today. :D

So how's my crazy, lovely minion empire doing today? I'm taking the day to continue on a new bigger room I've been building to relocate the lab to. :)

Well picked one side of my row of blackberries. Got about 10 cups, just need to pick the other side in a few minutes. Had to take a vape break. Thank god for thornless blackberriesl

I LOVE blackberries. My father used to have them when we lived in VA and also black raspberries. Neither one of us has had any luck with them in GA. I don't buy them because they are 8-10 dollars a pint here.

my lovely german landlord just gave me a giant container of black cherrys from her tree in the back yard! nom nom nom

Isnt Germany awesome that way?! When I was a kid, we would help the farmers pick black cherries, pears, plums, etc and alway come back with several 5 gal buckets of fruit. My mom would make pies for days and days.. mmm.. Memories

I like how you can pick some for eating right there. No worries. We use to pick fruit all the time while just walking through the countryside. Loved growing up there.. mmmmm.. Memories..

building on a room or just relocating your "clean room" to a different room?

That's what gets me here. I'm about 2 miles from a guy that raises them and blueberries. 6 oz clamshell packages 6 to 7 dollars and he's not the only one there are a few growers here.

I can do that right here. I'm in the middle of all kinds of stone fruit, citrus, and grapes. as well as berries and melons. I get bags of peaches or necterines that are so big you have to share one with somebody. 6 to 7 lb in the bag for $2.00 right at the farm.

Ya, but can you go wandering through an orchard, pick pears, start a small fire to roast them, and have the farmer come over and eat with you and then send you home with a bucket so big you have to drag it? :D

Theres something about Germany that says as long as you dont do damage, and dont try to bucket it yourself, you can pick and eat without getting into trouble... Loved it. Now-a-days, kids who arent even trying to do damage would get shot if caught picking from a orchard tree in the US..
