I'll take the dna 40 in the Destroyer 26 you're making for me if available. Although I am guessing you knew that lol. The idea of being able to set the temp and not burn my cotton really excites me.

I see this being really helpful (for me) in squonking form as well because I forget far to often. But I can only afford one mod per batch lol.

Catching up on paperwork and struggling with the internet. I may not be able to ship today with the connection issues I'm having but I will try. For some reason the DNS lookup service is failing horribly and I'm also dropping connection randomly. Tomorrow is the day they install FIOS so I will be offline for some time I assume.


It was a great night last night even with the short notice on the sale. Usually I try to give more notice concerning the start of the sale, sorry!

Well, I got all the postage stuff done and the mods packed up for shipping tomorrow. I wanted to get caught up in case I lose the internet for the whole day tomorrow. One of the mods is going to Budapest!

Going to take a short break from work and get back on top of the batch come Monday.

Mods shipped out today, looks like a relaxing weekend for me, will give me time to make a plan of attack for the next build session.

Pretty much everything I have on hand are of historical value to me, one of each of the 14 models I've made and half of them are mods I've used myself and replaced with newer models.

About the only mod I have that would be sell-able is the mod I made last batch to test the cloned dna30 boards. I've tested it on and off for a few months now so I could make up my mind on whether or not to offer them. I am happy with the performance so I will be offering a few of them next batch too along side the genuine Evolve boards.

well shaving the cup down wasn't too hard so I'll be doing it to all my Cruisers. It's sure nice to not have limitations on your atty choice

I used a dremmel with a large cutting wheel to remove most of it. Then finished up with a file. The cups vary a little in depth, so you may have to remove a little wood too.

Are you using an o-ring with it? What size? I don't have any on-hand, guess I need to buy an assortment of them.

Hopefully that's mine..... I'd be hilarious if it wasn't, but I remember what I bought! Now that's a businessman you ask for something and it's done beyond what you imagined!

It's going to depend on your atty whether or not you need/want an o-ring. I don't have any yet but I imagine they'll come in handy sometimes.

A belt sander is the better choice for sure.

That's the one Rivernut did. The one I just shipped has the CC completely flush with the wood, but looks pretty much the same.
