Additional note...

I will post pics of the mods after they get a coat or two of finish and that is when I will start accepting people calling "Dibs" on them.

I know everyone interested wants to ensure they get one, but this way keeps me from getting a PM box full of requests. People wondering what I am making, out of what wood, which models and can I "please describe what wood I am using and in what combination".

Please be patient and I will post pictures. Until I do that I can't really give anyone an idea of what the finished product will look like.


Again, to clarify the regulator situation. If you want a dna30 type regulator (Cutlass & Destroyer) you are going to get a China board. The reseller I got them from had them listed as Evolv, they are not. Not much I can do as I must have regulators and I cannot get my hands on the real deal apparently. The ones I got from Brandon are DNA20 prototype boards, so the DNA20's are from Evolv but I am making them all with the 30's.

If this disappoints some people, I'm sorry. My choice was to use these or none at all.

Cutlass for me! I REALLY want a light colored body w/ spalted door, BUT dark body with spalted door works too, actually, I'm dying to see what you made!!!

And I don't care who made the DNA30, so long as you warranty them and will fix em if they stop working .

Ah, I remember we've spoken before. I don't have one like that, but I have the reverse in the batch, a Curly tiger maple (white) body with a beautiful dark Koa door & panel. The other two are a Zebra body with Gabon ebony door and the third is a full Ziricote one.

Hoping for a Cutlass in spalted or along the lines of Supertrunker's or other lighter wood is my first choice.

Ahoy all, happy wednesday! Can hardly type, hands cramping up from hand sanding ... yikes...

All of them miraculously survived getting edges put in and their trip to the course and medium belt sanders today. I had some minor chipouts on the really, really hard woods but I was able to belt sand them out, yipee! I managed to get a couple hand sanded but yeah, hands are shot so I'll be back at 'em tomorrow.



Only a few are spoken for Clark, I'll be posting pics in the following weeks and you can see what I've been up to.
