Well, if a cluttered desk means a cluttered mind............Then what the hell does that say if we have an empty desk! So yes, I agree with you all. Man it has been a tiring day, excuse me while I rant a bit on OT stuff.
My daughter calls me this morning crying as her dog is having another episode of Familial Shar-Pei Fever (FSF) She has a shar-pei/pit mix. It is a lovely dog. Jen can't have children so as you can imagine this dog is her whole world. Fortunately Roxy ( her dog ) does not have episodes too often but she does get pretty sick. Honestly it is only a matter of time before this damages her kidneys and she will not survive. But there have been cases of these dogs living to 10 so we hope for the best. She is about 7 now.
Last time this happened both the Vet and I told Jen about pet insurance but you know how kids can be. Something tells me she will now, as Mommy had to step up and help with the bill today. She's a good kid and she works hard but Vets are expensive, as I am sure most of you know. Anyway Roxy is here with me tonight while Jen is at work so I can take care of her. Truly I love this dog too. Not a mean bone in her body. She is so gentle. Of course, she is protective of Jen but that's a good thing![]()
Thank you for letting me ramble on and we now return you to your regularly scheduled show "Gotta get wood"![]()
I know what you mean as far as pets and vets. Our little guy Glover had a urinary problem that we had to take him to the vet a few times. Well after the visits, tests, and Bills, I tried a site that someone had recommended. It's called petwellbeing.com. They take a holistic approach using vitiams and such. I'm happy to say that after using one of their products Glover has not had another episode in a year. Now I'm not saying this is the answer to all animal problems but it is working for him. I don't know if the have something for your daughter and Roxy. But if she checks the site maybe there is.
