thanks, fellas  not well but trying - lost my mom last saturday and having a hard time carrying on

I'm so sorry for your loss. Hang in there, it doesn't seem like it now, but things do get back to normal (as normal as they can be) eventually. It just takes time and really sucks while you're going through it.

It's always a very rough time when we lose someone in our lives. I had a very hard time losing my father many years back. While I won't say it gets easier, you just become more familiar with them not being in our lives. But it's really nice every now and then, a smell, sound or thought triggers a wonderful memory of him and seems like he is still there. It's been thirteen years on May 13. I'll never forget as it was Friday the 13th, which he always stated was his lucky day. I had just gone to see him the day before and he had been suffering from heart disease for many years. So in a way, it was his lucky day.

Hang in there sweetie. You have lots of love right here on the forum.

We did have to fire Rossum while you were gone, but we totally understand the time it takes for healing. You have never been just coffee, you are ECF for me. ECF folks are friends and family for me. And you are an integral part of why I stay here. Take care and lots of love!
