How's the weather treating you DJ? Tough on the body?

Looks like it might be a little rainy in your neck of the woods.

It's rough sledding here......:pervy:

Not as I had hoped. We had a about of week of dry weather, and I have been having issues for over a week now. Figures, right before having to go back to work, I start feeling rough again. Not even PT was helpful last week. Going to last surgeon's appt tomorrow along with PT, so at least going to mention issues lately. Hoping it's just a temporary thing. Maybe going back to work will help, or it could make it worse. Just don't know yet.

Hoping it's the first option :)

Me too brother, me too. This gets very old. While I have never been an active sports person, I have always been a busy person. Can't stand idle hands as I love building, gardening, cooking and other hobbies that require much more mobility. I am afraid the gardening is gone for good, but hoping to get back to doing more soon. Right now it's all I can do to get a few hours actively during the course of the day due to having to stop and let my back have a break. It is making things extremely slow at accomplishing anything. But progress is progress I guess. Had hoped to be totally caught up with everything before going back to work, but no longer see that as possible. Hopefully soon though. I do have batch 6 blanks cut as I took advantage of the warm days to go do that. Just have to finish turning and CA/polish batch 5, then batch 6 is small and should be shortly behind it.

Kind of strange for this much rain in February, isn't it?....:w00t:

The dampness surely doesn't help....

Should have headed to AZ to expedite your healing, humidity has been in the 20%(+-) range....
If I were to move anywhere, thinking Colorado would be the place...LOL. Have to check on Washington's laws, but maybe there too.

I wish Texas would. I'm with you, Jasen about retiring to Florida. I lived down there for13 years and it's awful when the snow birds came down from New York. They never drive in New York, but they jump behind the wheel when they come down to Florida.

I wanna retire in Costa Rica or Ecuador but with my wife's epilepsy if they pass medicinal she will be happy to try the natural solution rather then the med cocktail she takes now to be controlled, and if I wasn't allergic to it I'd sign up for it for my migraines as well

Talk to Inspects, he is moving to Ecuador.

I really do hope one day people in congress wake up. All it takes is to have a family member or yourself with certain ailments, to realize there isn't a lot of options out there. And the one's that are, basically are very nasty and ruin your body. Trust me, really close to three years solid on some of these meds, have had horrible effects on my memory and other things. I welcome freedom of choice and a end of the age of ignorance. Just look what is happening to the ecig world. Ignorance of facts and fat cat company lobbyists are swaying the direction of the world. Scarey stuff in my opinion. But the problem is politicians align with who is stuffing their pockets and not with the people's rights. Even worse, not with what is morally right. I don't have a problem with regulations to keep people mostly honest, but the government, as usual, is going way overboard. Honestly wondering if there will even be a vendor section on ECF in the coming years.
