I did good last week, my first week back. Finished one mod over the weekend and almost a second. These were reworks i owed people from a long while back and only fair I finish them first. This weekend I should have all my reworks, repairs and stuff I'm no longer doing all finished up. I've been working on tips a little along too. But after this, it's all tip work till I'm caught up, which should move along quickly. Then I can get back on building new stuff. I have a few interesting projects that I'm anxious to finish too. Keeping them off the forum for now, but if anyone has any interest I'm willing to discuss on the phone.

Anyway, had a bad day today with my back then had PT on top of it. So just resting till Friday and I'll get back on the mods then. Having to focus hard on my real job as top priority, but still plugging along with the vendor work. Once I'm caught up, going to spend Fridays and Saturdays doing vendor work, Mon thru Thurs real job and take Sunday off. Hopefully I'll be back on shift by months end and I'll get more time for vendor work. But hoping to be caught up with everyone within a month. It's been a rough road, but I'm definitely getting there.

Glad to read you are doing so much better brother! I don't just pop in here to see Tib's morning coffee shots, but to see how you are doing as well. Although, in my mind, I'm sure it's way better than coffee shots of you sitting around drinking coffee in your underwear...

You're lucky, I don't drink coffee often. Otherwise. ..........

Thats cuz you screwed up and told me how to pound out that piece of copper wire over the phone...:lol::lol:
I actually quit doing that a good while back. Some folks thought it made the button push too hard. And it was a ton of work. Now I only use stranded wire and solder directly to the brass nuts. Excellent connection, flexible and easier. But I'm always happy to help anyone fix their own problems. I never really wanted that kind of work, it was just to help people out. Unfortunately I just don't have time to work my real job, build tips and mods, and then be able to keep up with repairs from other people's builds. Isn't fair to my base business which is mods and tips. Still, I'm always happy to get on the phone and help folks out to repair it themselves.
