Wow, breaking out the heavy coffee this morning. Just what I need before going to bed.

Good news is all the tips I finished last week have the CA sanded smooth to 5k, now just have to do final polish. Providing I didn't cut through the CA, then they are done. If I did burn through CA, just have to retouch CA and polish out again. Hopefully should have pics tomorrow. Forgot just how time consuming sanding all those little tips can be. And I had a bunch. Off till Friday after tomorrow morning....

Well damn, guess I am a little out of practice with doing so many tips at once. But I cut through the CA in a couple of spots on 4 or 5 of the 18 or so tips I finished. But they were like one here or there on several of the larger orders of people first on the list. So I feel obligated to finish those first, then send pics out hopefully tonight to everyone. Shouldn't take me long to recoat those few. It happens anytime you deal with CA, little extra pressure in one spot and you cut back down to the wood. But cool part is I have a test now that makes these spots were the CA is cut through stand out very obvious, so no chance of any getting out that were not completely covered. Thanks to a certain friend who makes beautiful wood mods for that very cool tip.

Yesterday was a bust for me, some unexpected crap came up. But I did stay up till 2am getting all the needed tips cleaned back up and CA applied again. Instead of starting with a lower grit, which is faster, but increases the chance of burn through, I am only using 3k and 5k grits. Very, very slow, but almost guarantees these won't burn through again. I am about half way through now. Just a lot of damn work hand doing all these, especially with this fine of a grit. So getting there. Soon as I do, will get the pics up and a PM sent out to everyone receiving tips from this batch.

Well, like a dummy I stayed up all night to ensure I got these tips finished. Damn those tiny tips are a PITA to do the CA finishing on. You would think smaller would be easier, but they are much harder to hold. So anyway, here is a couple of quick pics in harsh flash lighting as I am about to pass out. When I wake up, going to take some nice outdoor pics since it's supposed to be sunny today and send out invoices. Unfortunately I am on the days swing Fri-Sun (4am wakeup), so there will only be a small window for me to get stuff packaged to mail tomorrow. Those who don't get back to me in that window, I will package when I get home from work to go out the next day.

I've stated before, most of us vendors are moving to different payment methods due to a certain big company policies and their fees (who protect nobody since ecig products are not allowed, so you couldn't file a claim anyway without locking out your own account). So please, if you haven't done so, look at Google wallet.
