Well, unfortunately didn't have much time over my 4 nights to get as much done as I had hoped, we ended up having a lot of stuff going on. Since I've been off as of Tuesday morning, been either working on tips or trying to reset my sleep for working days this weekend (Fri-Sun). As of now, everyone's tips are turned, CA applied and sanded. Now I am working on polishing them to gloss. Then I have to test them for CA coverage, if they are good, they go out, if CA coverage is lacking, recoat, sand, repolish and retest. Unfortunately it just takes a lot of time doing all this by hand. This is why I am stopping with the bulk tip orders and stopping with giving time tables. Just too much stuff going on to be accurate with info. It stresses me out greatly to have to keep saying sorry, haven't finished them yet. After today, Monday is my only day off work and back on nights Tuesday for the rest of next week.

I do each stage for the batch as a whole, as it's a little different setup for each stage. So it doesn't work for me to do one tip start to finish, then move on to the next. So hopefully soon, they will all be finished at once, except for any that need a recoat. I apologize for the time it takes and the delays, but that is life and things beyond my control.

Jasen, we know life happens and I don't see anyone harping on you to get things done. Don't stress yourself so much. One person who has a real life out there can only do so much in the time left over, not to mention family issues, too. You're doing just fine, my friend!

Thanks brother, and absolutely nobody has ever added pressure about getting things done. It's just my own personality to stress when I have to tell someone I failed again at a time i imposed on myself. Don't think I'll ever be able to change that. I'm the guy who has to be everywhere I go 30 minutes early. My wife tries her best to tell me to chill over it. Easier said than done for me. Maybe if I didn't have a mountain of backstock hanging over my head, it would be easier. We'll just have to see.

I'm the same way. I make a terrible boss of myself. I usually put more pressure on myself than a regular boss would. But my body is telling me to slow the heck down! I'm glad you're going to stop with the time frame bit. Maybe that will help you to be a little more at ease.

No worries brother....like I told you a while back....it'll happen when it happens :)

Take care of your family and yourself! Those are the most important things right now!

On a different note, I got a chuckle from reading another thread via a link someone sent me about the new 510 we designed.

First, it states in the description, the auto adjust isn't for all mods, such as a fixed center post mod. It's spring loaded, so the spring can't work if you fix the pin in place. Which is why I switch the Peko mod to a stranded wire for the center post. If you must have a fixed connection for the center post on a mod, you can use the manual Peek insulator. It is totally adjustable, just like the 510 we have used on the GDNA and Peko since we began. You loosen the nut on the bottom, turn the screw from the top to meet atty, then tighten the nut back on the bottom. Pretty simple.

Anyway, I am limited as to where I can post. Someone might want to pass on to others in need, how to properly use the 510.

I hope your mom is doing well, could care less about 510's....:)
