That Leopard and Ebony box that Marcus posted looks like it was cut from the same block of wood as mine (and probably was). The contrasting grain on the front and back make it quite beautiful. Now I'm saving my pennies for a mini bf

The body of this is beautiful what its it and how would red lace our iron wood look with this. I noticed you have a inkay option for 30 dollars extra I would like to see anything with that option if like to see how it looks

Hi guys I made it back late last night and am just now done packing up orders for the day. For everyone that sent me emails please bear with me I am still going through all of them.

lalasalama8, I checked on that box your talking about and I can't find anything wrong on the site to make it show NM sales tax and I even disabled the tax on that one box just in case so I have no idea why it would have showed the tax for you. Maybe try clearing your cache and trying it again.


Stillbroke, I am looking through all of my pictures of zebrawood boxes with a red inlay and if I find one I will post it for you. Also in that picture the main body is Curly Tiger Maple. If you look here:Gallery at my gallery there are quite a few pictures of the different boxes completed and will give you a good idea of what the wood combinations look like. I have a couple hundred more pictures that I am slowly uploading as well but there are most of the combinations on there now.

Hi Marcus, how would I go about ordering a box if the wood I want for the main body is only listed under the inlay cap section? Ironwood Burl main with Curly tiger maple caps/inlay.

I got more ironwood burl in yesterday but I have not had a chance to update the main body section until now so if you check now it will be updated. Anytime I don't have a wood listed that you are looking for you can either post on here or send me an email because chances are if it is not listed I will either have more on the way or I will get whatever species you are looking for.

Cool deal. Thanks so much. I will place my order for a vv feeder at the end of the week when payday rolls around. I didn't see one like this in the gallery but hope it will look great. I love burled wood as well as the ripple pattern of the curly. Just hope there is enough contrast. Have a good one!

Are the dimensions of the Standard Bogger box the same as the Standard feeder box? They are not listed for the feeder on the website.

The dimensions of the standard non bottom fed box are 4 1/8" tall x 1 1/2" wide x 1 1/8" deep. So they are the same height and depth as the feeder but are about a 1/2 inch less in width.

Once I knew what kind of wood I wanted, he found me an amazing piece of custom wood for the body. Will take a little while longer but going to be so worth it.

that is a sweet looking piece of Koa...what are you going with for caps and inlay Ratman?

Going with Curly Tiger Maple. Both woods should have that nice rippled grain and with the high polish, look like ripples on water when you drop a pebble into it. Hoping it contrasts nicely.
