I may have been out of line, but i did suggest to him that a bit of face-time here would go a long way right now.

I can't tell anybody what to do or what not to do.

Personally, i will monitor this thread for a change in practices, and if things improve, i'll go ahead and order the stabilized box I want. Though, not until I feel confident that my money is going to prove well spent. By this, i mean that not only will i have a great box (i do love these things), but also great, consistent sales and service support.

Ditto. By the by,I made a comment to this effect on the Facebook page yesterday.....deleted. ??? I think it will take me a while to be confident to put out up front cash.

I've been following this thread for a while with the thought of buying the DNA20. I'm glad I held off. I would not purchase one at this time because of these problems I'm reading about. If in the future, if Marcus can turn this around, I would reconsider. I would have to see two thing:

1) better responsiveness to inquiries and on this thread
2) accurate shipping confirmation

$300-400 up front is asking a lot as it is....but to pay that kind of money and then get yanked around is unacceptable. I'm glad he's ok, but it makes the problems I'm reading about here and in Facebook even worse. So in that respect, he would have been better off if he were in some kind of trouble.

First of all you are not associated with this order in any way as far as we are concerned and your use of profanity will not be tolerated by us so yes any comment that you use profanity in on our Facebook page will be deleted. Had your name been on the order then we would disclose details of it to you but because you are not on the order do not expect us to give you any details

Just fyi. My order(on behalf of irwanmusa) shipping address is PORTLAND,OREGON,USA not to Malaysia. So, all the argument about international buyer is invalid...


As we have stated previously we would never not make things right with you. I completely understand your frustration and as stated previously we had to work with USPS to try and recover the package and blaming us for a mishandled package absolutely does not constitute any use of profanity but does require you to have patience. We specifically told you that we would take care of it which means us taking a loss and sending you another box if you indeed did not receive it which is perfectly fine with us and as always we are happy to do anything we can to make everyone as happy as possible.

I'm glad you are here. I really just want the mod and not to have to try and rescind the order. I know things come up and I feel I've been patient. There has been very little communication from you guys on my order. We are well past the 40 days that were agreed upon for the order.

Can you tell me anything? I've called and sent emails.

I have the same experience with this vendor. (See link in my signature.) I have filed a complaint in the vendor complaint section of ECF due to the extremely poor customer service. The message that the mod will be shipped the next day seems to be a consistent response when you can get a response. I too am happy with the final working of this mod, but will not get another one. This type of customer service is not acceptable.


First you contacted us as soon as you received your box complaining that you did not like it then a week later you contact us saying your box was not working and as always we asked if anything obvious happened to your box like dropping it in water or anything like that and you said no. We sent you a label and you mailed it to us and upon receiving it we took the chip out and found juice to be all over it which caused the problem then you admitted to not having the lid on your bottle all the way during a motorcycle trip and juice leaked out and to be nice we repaired the box with a new chip and sent it back. Now you say a week after you received the box back the chip fried and the negative spring collapsed which you never told us and was stated in your complaint here. The only way that could have happened is if you put your battery in upside down in the box and even then the chances of the chip being fried are very slim so your best bet from the beginning is to be honest about what you did to your own box.

Second, One of the main reason's why we have had so many issues with our email server on our new site is partly due to you and one other customer that did not check their spam folder. You stated you were getting an invalid HELO error when sending emails to us and we contacted our hosting company and we forwarded the documentation to you to configure your email client to work properly and you stated that you run an email server and that it was not an issue on your end so we went back to our hosting company and began making changes which completely screwed up email parameters for many other customers. Then later you emailed us stating that the error was on your end and that you configured your client just like we said in the beginning so at this point with you we have done absolutely everything we can possibly do and since you lied to us in the beginning about your box which we really were not concerned about in the first place and if we were we would have told you to pay for the repair because it is not our fault you did not use the bottle supplied with the mod correctly and now you state the chip is fried but yet you did not make us aware of and if you had we could have done something to help but instead you make false statements so there is nothing we can do to help you.

Hey Marcus!! Great to see you here on the thread! If you could also please update me on the status of my two orders that would be SUPER!!! My custom order Mini order #1841 placed 7/4 (I got an email 8/14 that it was shipping in the next few days) and my order #1941 for In Stock DNA20 placed 8/14 which I received a "Shipped" email notification on 8/19 ... But no tracking numbers and I haven't received either yet. Thank you so much!

The products are beautiful and well functioning. I agree. I would gladly of waited 6months for them. However the lack of communication and contradicting information and white lies about the shipping ruined if for me. I love my boggers. But the process i went through and see others going through needs to be addressed and fixed. If the customer service was as good as his mods are, i would stand behind them.

You were never told any white lie concerning your order, When you contacted us I informed you that I was currently out of town and the information I had was the guys here at the shop had mailed it. As soon as I returned I informed you as to what was going on and immediately took care of it and your order was shipped. One of your boxes needed a bit more sanding and buffing and to correct a few imperfections and then they were on their way to you in perfect condition which is the only way we will ship anything. We could have easily sent them to you at the time you were complaining but we would rather make sure the boxes are 100% instead of just mailing them out in a rush.

Your bank would not say anything because you did not pay for it in the first place through your bank. Any bank in any part of the world allows six months for any charge back so your best bet is to quit lying and attempting to spread false information.
